Natural Scents Spa

I purchased a Groupon for two facials. Icalled to make an appointment and was told to go online and do it. I went to the website and made an appointment for the next day at 10 am. I showed up at 10 am and no one was there. The door was locked. I waited 15 minutes and called the number a few times. I finally got an answer at 10:20 am. The lady said she had no record of my appointment. From my smart phone I went to the appointment page and couldn’t see my appointment. According to what I could see, though, she had openings later in the day. She said she had a 10:30 appointment. When I asked if I could come in later, she said no. She did not offer to make an appointment for a different day and was completely unapologetic about her system not working. I was NOT impressed at all by the customer service. She seemed totally uninterested in helping me or actually booking me for the Groupon appointment. Honestly, I have ZERO interest in having this lady give me a facial (much less TWO, which is what I bought). I contacted Groupon and they’ve refunded my money. All this was on my birthday, too! I was able to get a last-​minute appointment up the street at Eco-​Friendly Beauty Bar and they couldn’t have been nicer.

I had my first appt with Miriam yesterday and what a relaxing session. She told me how to take care of my facial skin and I will follow the steps religiously. I also bought a facial power repair product from her and used a couple of times now and it made my skin silky and looks radiant. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep for a few minutes.

Great first facial! Katie was sweet and very informational. I learned a lot about my skin and how to care for it. I also learned about foods that affect my skin. My favorite was the scrub and hot towels! I love the hot towels !! And an added plus, I got a upper body and hand massage!

I experienced the same thing as Melissa. I called to make an appointment and when I mentioned that I had a Groupon, I was immediately referred to the website to make an appointment online. Not very friendly I must add. I went online and made appointment for today which is Friday at 5 p.m. I actually left work early and figured I would work after 6 p.m. to finish up what I needed to do. Well, it is 5:15 and I am outside in my car because the young lady indicated that she did not have me anywhere in her system. So I don’t have an appointment today or any other day. It does seem that Groupon purchases are not welcome at these facilities. I suggest that everyone be mindful of purchasing Groupons or vouchers from Living Social. Long story short, I’m going to have to work from 6 o’clock on tonight anyway with no facial, and with absolutely no need to have taken off work to begin with. So yes, I’m pissed. And actually, I will not be back to this business and I don’t even care whether this voucher gets used. I think I’d rather take a loss

In desperate need of a facial I randomly selected Natural Scents; seriously a hidden gem amongst brick suites… I was nervous but knew I needed some hydration on my skin… Miriam was amazing! She took her time to assess and evaluate my skin, suggested a customized deep cleansing & hydration facial that would benefit my needs… My face feels so soft & hydrated upon leaving, glad I found Miriam! Definitely will be returning!

First of all I would love to have a chance to make an appointment. I have been trying to for a few weeks now and either no one answers the phone (and you cannot leave a message) or of the two times someone has answered the phone, I have gotten blown off. Seems as though as soon as I mention that I have a Groupon they no longer want to make an appointment for me. TERRIBLE customer service! Hopefully I will be able to use this Christmas present before next Christmas!

My experience was fantastic. I had a Hydrating Facial. Miriam was wonderful. I was very pleased with the service and end result. I will definitely be a regular at this spa.

Miriam is the most skilled and knowledgeable esthetician I have ever had for my skin care needs! I have had several different types of facials, as well as their LED treatments at Natural Scents Spa. Each and every time I come out of there extremely please with the results. Miriam makes everyone feel special and takes great care and time with her clients. Its truly a luxury to go there! My skin has never looked or felt better.
