I had ordered a pizza, waited about an hour, called back, and not only did the girl(she was the driver) have an attitude, but she also lied in saying that she called me three times(I had no calls), she was irresponsible with getting in touch with me, and to close the case, they said they could give me a free pizza and side item on ANOTHER night. Maybe I wanted my pizza tonight, and perhaps she should have checked for the right number.

Tuesday night with no major sporting events on, took an hour to deliver. What gives? Had to call and ask about it. When it arrived we had received a medium pizza in the large pizza box and the pizza was barely warm. So disappointed.

Tried to order a pizza online, 20 minutes later it wouldn’t take my card, so I called instead. I tried to order an XL3 topping pizza for $ 12.99(according to their website) and a water. This came out to just over $ 22, apparently the deal is only online. So I changed my order to a medium pizza and it came out to $ 20. I was going to change my order again, however I was hungry and I had already been on the phone for 16 minutes so I just rolled with it. It took forever to get the pizza, but that was my fault, I gave them the wrong address, but I did tell them where I was(The Hampton inn) in virtually the same parking lot. Oh well, the food was pretty good at least.

Love the online ordering and the frequent coupon offers. Pizza is better than Domino’s or Pizza Hut, but still a long way off from what you can get from even a mediocre Italian joint.

This is one of the local Papa John’s that I frequent. Most of the pizza runs are uneventful, but I had a slight issue when paying with cash. All I had on me was a $ 50 spot. When I went to hand the cashier the bill he said he was not going to take it because«he does not accept fake money.» I was shocked as he did not even touch the bill but concluded that I was handing him fake money. I had to find another way to pay, then I contacted the manager on the issue the next day. The manager was very nice and apologized for any humiliation that I might have received as a result from his staff. He offered me some freebies to come back in, and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Kudos to the manager for responding swiftly to a customer complaint.
