I use to use this location about once a week. Then, out of the blue… Things started to turn. Very late delivery times. Mistakes in my order… The list goes on and on. I finally called to voice my concern with the management. This is when I learned that this location is «under new management» with a whole new crew. So, I decided to give them one more chance. That was my first mistake. Not only was the delivery time insane(over an hour)! My order was wrong when it arrived. When I called, to voice my concern with the manager… I was hung up on! Are you kidding me??? So, I call back and was given the absolute worst customer service I have ever had! And offered no resolution. That was it… I decided I would order my «weekend treat» to myself from another vendor all together. That was about 4 months ago and I will never buy another pizza from papa Jon’s as long as I live. Just out of principle. There are just too many other options out there that are happy to have my business once a week.

I’ve been ordering from this papa johns since we moved into our new house. They have always delivered on time and the one time they forgot my drink they turned right back around, apologized and gave me my drink. The people who deliver my pizza have always been nice and not rude mad as always my pizza is delicious.

This particular papa johns is the worst I’ve ever had to experience. I’ve ordered a couple times before problems started arise when I moved into my new place. The first problem I had was when I found a pubic hair in my pizza. I know it’s really gross, but I even took a picture of my pizza, untouched, as proof. The manager tried to rectify it but the person I spoke to on the phone wasn’t very polite. SPEAKINGOF, when I ordered pizza the next time, the delivery man came to my door and realized he brought me a wrong pizza or someone else’s; I wasn’t sure because he wasn’t very clear and just left. I called to make sure if mine would be here ASAP or if I have to wait another 40 minutes. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was COMPLETELY rude. Here I was, just trying to figure out what happened & this guy was trying to instigate an argument. He even said, «Do you want your pizza or not?» He didn’t even try to understand what I was inquiring about, he just got an attitude with me. At the end of the conversation, he said that he thought I was someone else calling about their wrong order. Talk about assuming and attacking! I gave this place so many chances. I’ll order from a different store location from now on.

Papa don’t preach! If I hadddd to choose a nationwide pizza chain, I would pick Johns. Although I am not allowed to eat tomatoes anymore, yes I said tomatoes people; I still try to get my pizza fix. After all, I’m pretty sure I was a ninja with a half shell in one of my past lives. I have to resort to white pizzas now, which is usually a cheese lovers that includes alfredo sauce. It’s a greaaat alternative, like tomato based pizza never existed! Take that allergies. I use to go all out and get wings here but once I enhanced my inner foodie, I slowly let the little bit of fastie in me die down. I will have to point out in this particular location, we tried to order a few pizzas for the team in my store and the rep hung up on us once and then gave us a hard time the next time around. Telling us we could not customize our pizza… what ever happened to the customer was always right? Plus, it’s myyyy pizza. We eventually just requested to speak to the Manager to make our order in which was kind enough to take care of us. Someone saved a customer from a complete unpleasant experience.
