My family and I have eaten at this location for the last time. I hate to say this but I’m a Chipotle girl and whenever it’s Moe’s turn I know I can always count on that delicious queso to keep me happy. Not this Moes’ queso. It had a reddish orange tint and an off taste. It was so bad. I wouldn’t even let my daughter eat it. I ordered a Stack, I believe that’s what it’s called. It’s two hard shells wrapped in a soft shell tortilla. It was so soggy I could barely pick it up. Disgusting. My husband got a burrito and that too had a gallon of sauce and was inedible. My husband got them to make him a new one, same results, same awful taste. We threw our food away not even three minutes after receiving it and walked out. Another thing that should’ve been a red flag was, they were out of the pre portioned foil that they use to wrap the burritos and such in. They were using regular rolls of aluminum foil in its place. That part is not a big deal but the roll fell on the floor and she picked it up and set it on top of the food on the line right after they made our order. The food and upkeep of this Moe’s is clearly a reflection on the employees lackadaisical attitudes. Each visit gets worse and worse. I’d steer clear of this one.

I have been to this restaurant 3 times and every time I go there it seems the level of service and food quality go down. On my first visit the food was excellent and the customer service was above average, but the last time the food was thrown together in a rushed manner and the customer service was nonexistent. This will probably be my last visit to Moes.

I love love love moe’s but I’ve had such bad experiences at night at this one. There was one guy working there looked maybe 21 but he was so rude and mean to the other employee’s(women employees) it was uncomfortable and eventually I said something to him because it was just too hard to watch. I don’t go to this moe’s at all anymore during the night time just in case he’s working. On another note the moe’s in wakefield is always so good and the service is amazing!

Simple and reasonably fresh, Tex-Mex inspired burritos, quesadillas and tacos are a good option for a quick and tasty lunch. The menu names are a little weird, so be prepared to see funny things on your receipt. Don’t worry, the Joey is not actually made of kangaroo meat. I didn’t order the Homewrecker or the Earmuffs, but they looked tastier than the names imply. The staff are generally friendly and enthusiastic, shouting«Welcome to Moe’s!» in greeting as soon as you walk through the door. The line moves quickly and you can see everything they put in your burrito or quesadilla. There’s a fresh salsa bar where you can pick your own condiments, refills on the fresh hot chips, and a freestyle drink machine with some fun mixes. I particularly like the 0 calorie peach vanilla. The downsides are what you’d expect from any chain serving not-very-ethnic ethnic food. The flavors are a bit dumbed down or Yuppified — seriously, who the heck eats cranberry lime salsa? — without a speck of authenticity to be found. While most ingredients are fresh, they aren’t exactly premium or thoughtfully sourced. There are occasional language barriers if you have to try to explain a food allergy or preference to the servers. The restaurant is usually pretty crowded and noisy, and it’s mostly families with kids. Not a place for date night, or to be able to have a conversation with someone you care about talking to. Overall a decent place for a quick if not in the least bit authentic«Southwestern» lunch break.

My husband and I love Moe’s. I’m not lying, I’m kind of addicted to their burritos and queso! We recently moved to Raleigh and have been trying to find our fave location, and I have to say this one is not it. We have been to the Falls of Neuse location about a dozen times, and feel really lucky when we *don’t* get stale chips. They taste like they’re a day or two old, and we go for dinner when other people are eating too(so it’s not like it’s at closing time or anything). Total bummer!
