New to vaping and the employees were all very helpful and nice. The shop is very clean and nicely organised. Employees would talk with you as long as you needed. They have a huge variety of juice flavours and brands. I got a margarita flavour and I love it! Their prices are good as far as I’ve seen. I plan on returning soon.

By far my favorite Vape Shop because of the service and location. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and customer focused. Helpful on the phone as well. Wide variety of juices and a quality juice for every price point. Love the large selection of mods and other ecig products. Keep up the good work Misty Mountain (Westgate Rd, Raleigh) Team!

Favorite vape shop! The staff is always great; they’re excellent at making talking to them easy. They will explain anything you ask them in just enough depth, so if you’re new to vaping, or want to get started, I highly recommend you swing by these guys and ask all the questions you want. They’re patient, always prompt to give you all the attention you need.
I’ve bought three pieces and plenty of great flavors from them.

This shop was recommended to me by a few coworkers, so I took tge chance and I’m glad I did. Thry are very knowledgeable about the vape culture. Great service, friendly people, and great selection.

Have been to the store a few times & the service is just ok. Customer service varies as the men seem bothered by questions all the time, but the girls are usually very helpful! Good selection of juice.

Although stocked with about anything you would need, the customer service is not up to standards. I’ve never been in there and approached by an employee to inquire if they could assist me. I have to find help, and when I have, there is no connection. I got the feeling they could have cared less whether I was there or not. I will say that everything I have purchased has been acceptable, but the customer service and friendliness is key if you want repeat customers. This business has evolved, so there are other options in Raleigh with much friendlier and as knowledgeable staff.

Misty Mountain is one of the bigger vape shops in the area. They have a fairly large selection of mods, accessories, and juices. I have been there twice, once prior to starting vaping to ask questions, and a second time shortly after to pick up a couple more tanks and juices. While the shop certainly has just about anything you need, I got the impression that the employees would rather be vaping and hanging out than helping. The vaping community as a whole is fairly laid back, but both times I went the employees helping me never once set down their own vaporizers and were puffing away in between every sentence which just seemed a little unprofessional. It doesn’t bother me that much, but I wouldn’t, for example, go to a cigar shop and expect the employees to be puffing on cigars the entire time I was asking questions. As an experienced vaper that knows what they want, I fully expect this would be a great place, but when I came in green, I felt a little looked down upon compared to other local shops. I’ve heard plenty of good stories from the place though, so maybe this was just my experience. I would recommend Misty Mountain to someone who needed to add to their collection, but maybe not to someone who was new to the game and needing a guidance along the way.

I am so glad I came to visit this awesome place today. I came to know about them at the Strawberry Fest in Garner last week but I didn’t realize there was a Raleigh location. Well, since I am new to the Vape family, I definitely wanted to try out new flavors. I searched online but was hesitant to hit the order button without trying it out first. The fact that they have a tasting bar with a large assortment of flavors actually saved me from making a huge mistake. I thought because I love coffee that it would only be fitting to run to the coffee flavors. Boy way I wrong. In steps hero John. He allows me to try several different flavors and they just didn’t hit the spot like I thought they would. To my suprise, I fell in love with the Space Jam Astro flavor which is more fruity. I ran home, cleaned out my vape, and got to puffing. I even got a lanyard for my vape so that I can make sure my «binky» is with me at all times. All the while John answered all of my questions and gave me complete attention as though I was his number one priority. I will definitely be back.

Very impressed with this Store. Staff was knowledgable and spent almost an hour to help me. I have been to other stores in the area (Raleigh, Durham, Cary) and highly recommend Misty Mountain Vapors. After getting sold a knock-​off brand at another location I am very happy to have found a store with knowledgeable staff and the real brands. The store was very busy and well staffed when I arrived at 6 PM on Sunday. I will definitely use this as my local go-​to store in the future.
They only guarantee DOA but they were more than willing to let me test the unit I purchased before charging me. An overall great experience.

I am new to vaporizers and had been ripped off earlier in the week. I got a recommendation, from a good friend, to check out this shop and I won’t be going anywhere else!
I was promptly greeted the moment I walked in; which is something I always appreciate any where I go. I wish I could remember the associates name who worked with me because he was very helpful. I showed him what I had purchased a few days prior and told him the issues I was having with it. He explained the issues with what I had and gave me a vaporizer to sample. It was coconut, which is a flavor I hate but it was instantaneous that I noticed the difference between what I bought before and what I was trying then. The sample bar was amazing. Being able to try things before I buy them made the experience much more comfortable.
He showed me a few different options and I decided on a new pair of Kanger Vapes, a charger, 5 replacement coils and two flavors; all for a lot less then I was expecting to pay. 4 days later and I’m in heaven with the product I was given.
While there other customers came and went. Each one greeted promptly and helped instantaneously. A few even offered some nice advice and I felt really welcomed.
Again, I don’t intend to go anywhere else in the triangle for Vaporizers, liquid or accessories.
