Very good fro yo. Today they did not have flavors in 5 of their 14 machines, which was disappointing. The flaclvors they had were good and the staff was friendly. Toppings were the standard and fresh enough. We will come back.

I love the variety of flavors menchies has. I live close enough to walk there and I go at least once a week. If you’re ever in the area I would definitely suggest going here for dessert. The staff is also always very friendly and helpful. Not a single complaint here!

Plenty of flavors and nice seating available indoor and outdoor. Sorbets variety is unique and pretty good! Open til’ 10 pm daily so it’s a nice spot to stop by for a quick and healthy late treat.

This frozen yogurt was great. Some of the best we have found in Raleigh. Loved the flavor and topping choices. We will be back for sure.

This is the best tasting frozen yogurt I have ever had. And I have tried all of them. You don’t even need the fancy toppings. Everyone is super friendly here as well. I love menchies. Mmmmmmmm…

My wife and I had never been to this frozen yogurt place before. It was yummy and the girl up front was friendly and helpful. I give it 4 stars because for a frozen yogurt shop it is a little pricy(you pay by the ounce… kind of wish it was like coldstone or other places where you pay based on cup size). Other than that, great atmosphere and tasty froyo. Would go back.

Menchie’s has a cute logo. If you like it, you can get a stuffed toy. The yogurt is good, but I wish there were more interesting flavors, although I do like the tart flavor.

Really, really good frozen yogurt. Their flavors are rich, and the combinations are interesting. I’ll admit to being a little intimidated by some of the offerings(bubble gum?), but the variety is wide enough that everyone should find something they like. My peanut butter and chocolate combo was awesome. I also like that the owner is involved in the community. They are sponsoring a fundraiser for the Special Olympics on Friday, June 14. If you tell them you tell the cashier that you are there to support the cause, they will donate a portion of the profits to Special Olympics. Good dessert, good causes, and local owner. I’ll definitely go back!

My 1-star rating is based on an unpleasant experience I had with the owner. I had purchased a $ 10 Groupon to Menchie’s good for up to $ 20. After we chose our yogurts and had all our toppings in place, we went to the counter to pay with my Groupon. The owner of the store informed me that *his* Menchie’s doesn’t accept Groupons. I was not aware of that and, in fact, had information that the Groupons were accepted at all Menchie’s. Rather than do what they needed to in order to have happy, first-time customers leave with a «smiley» and tell our friends to go to their shop, he adamantly refused to honor the value of the Groupon. He told us that if he did that, he’d be giving away $ 10 in free yogurt. Having worked in the food service industry for the better part of 30 years, it is ALWAYS best practice to honor a coupon that’s brought to your store with your company name on it. The bottom line is they may have lost«$ 10» in yogurt, but they would have gained two very grateful and appreciative new customers who would have spread the good word, and returned many times over,(the froyo was good). Instead, they let two irritated customers leave with a bad experience, who won’t be back, and will steer friends away from their establishment. It’s just bad business and they ultimately will lose more than $ 10.00.

This location just opened up next to Relish and Dos Taquitos in the Creedmoor Crossings shopping center as of February 19th. They are offering a lot of grand opening specials the first week of March, so definitely check it out! The inside of Menchie’s is clean and bright with lots of fun colors — neon pinks and greens, as seems to be the Menchie’s way in classic FroYo style. The two things that set Menchie’s apart from some of the other«McFroYo» spots in the Triangle are the consistent quality and taste of the yogurt and the freshness of the toppings. I thoroughly enjoyed each yogurt I sampled, including the cheesecake and dulce de leche, two flavors that so many frozen yogurt shops get incredibly wrong. I also love that they take care of my caramel-loving needs by offering hot caramel sauce(none of that butterscotch in a squeezey tube stuff!) and mini caramel turtle chocolate bites. This place gets 4 stars only because it is not YogurtLand: the taste and quality are not on the same level to meet my 5 star yogurt standard YogurtLand has established. That said, Menchie’s does do so many things right.
