This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve
Been through the Drive Thru several times and it always takes forever and they make you pull up 99% of the time. I’ve waited 20 min before and the food was cold when it came out. This place is awful!

Dirtiest McDonalds I have ever visited. Bathroom smelled like elephant cage at least he zoo. Even the credit card swiper was crusted with dirt. Hate to see their health rating.

This has to be the rudest McDonalds I’ve ever been too. This isn’t just one experience talking. This is about 15. The food is always fresh for me, unlike it seems to be for most of these comments, but the people don’t know the first thing about proper customer service coming from a person who’s worked in the industry for over a decade.

Do not go to this McDonalds. I’ve tried to give them a chance but NEVER again. Employees were rude and my sexuality was made fun of through the drive-thru. NEVER AGAIN will I give this McDonalds my service ever again. I forgot to mention one of the employees were staring in my car instead of doing their job. Just bad service. NEVER AGAIN! If you would like great service at a McDonald’s in Cary then go to the one on walnut street. Thank you and please take notice to this when I say they are RUDE at this McDonald’s.

Only bothering to review a McDonald’s because this place is terrible. I came here at first out of convenience since it was right off the highway. Saturday morning and there was barely anyone else there. Used the drive thru and ended up waiting long time for my food. They had to ask me to pull forward to wait.
Figured it was a one time thing. I worked at the office building right next to it so I tried one more time. Still ended up waiting forever for a single meal. Terrible McDonalds.

Do not stop here unless you just like problems. Never the meal I ordered at drive thru, always a wait even if moderately busy. Go to the next exit for another or there is a Sheetz right next door with most of same stuff and good service.

Rough start for this new location. Ordered Habanero ranch quarter pounder meal. Bread was hard and burger cold. The manager quickly replaced. It clearly had been been sitting. Ketchup dispenser was very dirty and our of ketchup. Beverage bar and eating areas not kept clean. It was not busy. No wait. Other guests were having similar challenges.
It seemed GM was in a meeting in the front corner booth with a district manager. Things were clearly falling apart during this meeting and there seemed no concern.
Would benefit franchise owner to look more closely at the management if this location.
