Congratulations to this McDonald’s.
My boy David at the Falls location at Durant intersection knows how to strike up good conversation, build rapport with his customers, and represent the company.
The food is fresh as ya boy, and always dope to the taste. Caint even believe the trillility. The workers are always killin’ the drive thru. Mad props to dese folks.

Mcdonalds is McDonald’s some are OK and some are really bad. This one is really bad! Really slow, not especially friendly and there is a good chance your order will be wrong when you finally get it.

The serving here at mcdonalds is horrible. At the drive through they always serve you with the wrong food. DO NOT GO

Dropped by on November first. The place behind the countered filthy. Trash all over the floor. Lousy costumer service, quarter pound burger with cheese tasted bland like some sort of mystery meat., won’t go back!

This is the worst and slowest service there is. Every time i go through the drive thru it takes 10 – 15 minutes to get my food (no matter what time of day it is.) Service is no better if you go inside.

Friendly service ordered quarter pounder and fries and coffee it’s McDonald’s I asked for fresh hot fries coffee was old had a burnt taste and Lobby needed attendant for cleanliness overall nothing remarkable and pretty much what you expect

My 100% honest conversation with the order taker from THIS McDonald’s:
Me: I’d like a side of scrambled eggs, a side of bacon, a fruit and yogurt parfait, and a small beverage.
Her: (quizzingly) A small what?
Me: A small beverage.
***Then a brief pause***
Her: Oh! We call that a drink!!!
Me: Don’t you know what a beverage is?
Her: I do now.

If you have the munchies and are driving by this place, keep driving… with the speed of the drive thru you can get food faster by growing it yourself.

Rotten creamer in my iced coffee just about 15 times now and I am literally never going to come back now. This place has horrid quality and the workers are rude. I have tried to give this place a fair shot over and over again. My sister in law used to manage a McDonald’s in Ca. She ordered a Carmel mocha and we watched the guy make it wrong and hand it to us. She told him it was wrong and he and all three other employees admited they had no idea how to make it. Really!!! This makes me beyond angry. I just got off work and went by to get a iced coffee and again rotten creamer and it taste horrid. I will dump it down my sink again. The place is slow and the food is not worth it. I will be driving further to the other mcdonalds from now on. The managers don’t seem to care and whoever owns this place seems to care more about the way it looks verses the way it tastes. I hope it goes out of business so something good will take its place!

This is by far the worst McDonald’s in Raleigh. Not only is the service slow, but I’d say 75% of the time, your order is wrong. For an upscale McDonald’s, they’ve got a long way to go. Spend less on the exterior of the restaurant and more on training your employees.

Food is standard quality for McDonalds. At the drive thru, they have never given me the sauce I ordered for my nuggets. Not once.

Didn’t expect much since its a McDonald’s. But, the men’s restroom was unusable. The toilet was covered in urine. I had to clean it but ended up being unable to flush down someone else’s mess since the toilet didn’t flush. Had to «go» elsewhere.

Nothing really to say here except the service was horrid slow! Went there twice in the last 2 weeks and both times with only 2 cars ahead of me… it took 30 minutes to get through the line. Food was typical McDonalds so I dont need to comment on that.

For better or worse, there’s a new McDonald’s in town. Better, because I love the convenience. Worse, because I really shouldn’t be eating McDonald’s. But this is a very nice one.
Like all of the newest locations that I’ve visited, this McDonald’s is very modern. Trendy seating, for large parties, or just for two. The hanging lighting fixtures were lovely, and added to an already chic ambience. Wi-​fi seems to be a given with all of the McDonald’s restaurants, but this location had something that I haven’t experienced much at a McDonald’s…good service.
The order-​taker was very pleasant, took my order with a smile, and pointed to an overhead screen, which would post the number of my order once it was ready, so I didn’t have to hang around and wait.
Later, while I was enjoying my meal, that same employee stopped by to see if I needed anything else. Wow! This service was something I’d expect from another (unnamed) fast food restaurant, but not McDonald’s. What a nice treat!
Since it’s the closest McDonald’s to me, I know I’ll be back many more times… for better or worse.
