I eat out a lot… I must say that today’s visit to the KFC on Capital in Raleigh NC was horrible. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. THERESTAURANT was empty. As I walked in NOONE greeted me. I walked up to the counter and Jasmine Gardner took my order. She stared at me as if I was the employee and she was the customer. I spoke first as it was very awkward. I gave her my order and she rung me up for something I didn’t even order. After getting that straight she asked the manager to come over to assist with the correction, he looked at her and said«your getting on my nerve»… We waited patient for him to stop what he was doing to come assist. Again, he didn’t greet me, he didn’t apologize for the mishap with the transaction or nothing. He didn’t even speak to me. I felt as if I offended these workers by entering the facility. This was by far the worst experience from KFC ever! 1Star for this location!

I just wanted to write an update to my review because I was contacted by KFC and they apologized for the service and offered to purchase a meal for me. It is good to know that they do value there customers and are attentive to the problems. I will go back to this KFC and give them another chance.

This location was remodeled in 2010, and this was my first visit in some time. I like the newer simpler menu concept. A bucket of 8 pieces of chicken was $ 10, and it could be any of the four chicken options or a mix. Add two sides, biscuits, and tea for $ 6. My to go order was quickly prepared. Counter person was efficient.
