When I moved to Raleigh in 2012, I thought it was important to become an «adult» and establish a primary care physician rather than hitting up the minute clinics. I really lucked out with Dr. Jones. I’m currently looking for a new PCP after moving out of state, and it makes me realize just how awesome Dr. Jones is. I honestly felt like Dr. Jones listened to me. I didn’t feel like I was just another patient to write some prescriptions to and move along. She is everything a primary care physician should be in that you should be able to talk to your doctor about your on-going health, not just when you get a cold, flu, or rash. These doctors are hard to find these days thanks to the awfulness of our healthcare system in general in churning out patients. It would seriously be worth a plane ticket once or twice a year just to see someone you trust with your well-being.
