I was eating their chicken Philly sandwich, and it wasn’t anything to write home about. I was sitting on one of their booths, and had just finished my sandwich, when I looked down –I see a dead roach! I instantly got nauseous… And then I start getting even more nervous when I see a roach trap, which looked rather full, in the corner. I discreetly let an employee know, and they swept the dead roach up promptly. So if you’re concerned with sanitary issues. I wouldn’t recommend this jersey mikes.

Solid freshly made subs here. I don’t think it is my favorite, but they are well above the abysmal Subway fare. The ingredients were definitely fresh and high quality in my opinion. Somehow for me the Sub did not add up to the sum of the parts, and the overall flavor did not impress me as much as I would have liked.

Very friendly workers. They always recognize me when I come in and say hey. They remember my order every time I come in. I’ve visited other locations but this one is by far the BEST location in Raleigh! Love them and there sandwiches !

I stopped in to grab lunch because I had to run errand in this shopping center. I was kind of disappointed. The location was small, tables were dirty and staff wasn’t as friendly as location on Falls and Duraleigh Road. I will continue to frequent my favorite Jersey Mike on falls or Duraleigh.

Finally decided to try this location since I had enough points for a free mini and needed to do some shopping in the area. My sandwich was tasty, but contained noticeably less filling than the Falls of Neuse location gives you. In addition, the prices at this location seem about 20% higher than other stores. I would go back in a pinch, but will not go here on a regular basis.

A friend of mine went to this location and got a philly. I saw all the meat on it and was Like DAMN I want one of those joints. So I go with my homie and we get the exact same thing(the philly). I get mine and friend gets his with twice the meat. Apparently the quality of your sandwich depends on how much the person who is making it likes you. I won’t be returning.

I had their big kahuna giant it was delicious. It’s one of my top 5 cheese steak sandwiches I’ve had. Now I will always be looking for jersey mikes when I’m here in the NC.

If my pocketbook allowed me, I would eat at this Jersey Mike’s every time I stopped by Trader Joe’s, alas, I must budget. Nevertheless, the sandwiches are filling, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is polite and quick. I get the Club Supreme mini with roast beef, turkey, Swiss cheese, and bacon(and the bacon is always crispy, meaning I’m not eating hours older plastic-y tasting bacon); Mike’s Way, of course. With a bottle of water, it’s usually filling enough for me. The inside of the store is clean, and the staff were prompt with my order, so all in all, a great place for a quick and filling lunch.

I have been eating at this location for about 4 years now. Absolutely the best sub restaurant in the Raleigh area. A couple things make a great sub for me. 1. Fresh Bread. 2. Great Meat(boars head). 3. Fresh veg. and Jersey Mike’s has all three.
What I like about this location is the staff is very friendly which comes from a good owner and management. The store is always clean or they are trying to clean, JM can get very busy at lunch time. The price is very good it you choose the daily lunch specials. mini Ham and provolone or mini Turkey and provolone with chips and drink for $ 5.30.(Awesome) Keeps me under my lunch budget Otherwise the prices are similar to the Subways and Quiz-nos of the world. One other thing that I don’t believe was mentioned in other reviews. Customers can order on line and pick up at the store. This can help with large orders and your wait time. i have never tried this because the lunch specials are not include for on line ordering. also JM has a reward card now(like every place else, don’t get me started on how many of these stupid cards I have in my possession) but theirs is very cool, its called Shore Points and after 48 points you get a free mini sub, 72 points regular sub, and 144 points get you their giant sub. Be sure to ask the cashier about this program because they don’t always ask if you have one. Last thing and most important reason I go to Jersey Mike’s for Lunch. Its Called Jersey Mikes and HELLO my name is Mike, need I say more. See you at Jersey Mikes for Lunch. Peace.

As other reviews have mentioned, I think this is the best chain sub shop around. The meat, cheese, bread and veggies are always very fresh. I will agree that I think the prices are a little on the high side, however, this particular location always offers sub specials so I have never found the prices to be too bad. I come to this location often for lunch and generally get the #7 mini special(turkey and provolone) with chips & drink for around $ 5.30. This is one of the most reasonable sub deals I have found in Raleigh. The sandwich is always really good too! Additionally, the people who work here are always nice and they also move you through the line quickly, even when it gets crowded around the lunch hour. This is definitely a good spot to grab a quick lunch if you are in the area!

I can’t say I’m a fan just yet. The help seemed to talk so softly when they ask me a question, I had to ask them to repeat themselves several times over the course of placing an order. When I gave them a response, I felt like I was talking to a wall half the time. At the end of the day, everything ended up okay. The Reuben is pretty good, I’ll give them credit for that. I have to disagree with this being the best sub shop around — For my money, Jimmy Johns is the best around, but of course, my mind could be changed after sampling a few different sandwiches after a few more visits. I do have to say this location is better than the Capital Blvd JM by a long shot. The store is clean, but many of the tables appear to lean in one direction or another as though someone decided the table would make for a good seat, and then it bent under their weight.

Jersey Mike’s beats all of the other sub chains easily. Jimmy John’s? Give me a break. If you’re looking for a tasty, hearty sandwich, look no further than Jersey Mike’s. One of my favorite past-times is ordering a large #10 or #13, devouring it on my couch, and then passing out. I love this location and its proximity to Trader Joe’s. I can walk right across and grab a sub if I’m craving one. The parking lot is a bit chaotic from 6−8pm on a weekday, so just drive slow! My only complaint is that Jersey Mike’s is a bit pricier for what you get. It’s like they’ve taken their New Jersey prices and brought them right down to North Carolina with no adjustment. I can get a much better sandwich for cheaper at some of the restaurants in Raleigh. Of course, a to-go sandwich at The Rockford might have you waiting for 30 minutes… On my recent stops, the famous red pepper relish has been MIA. Where art thou red pepper relish?

Disappointing. Cheese Steak sucked. Who uses sweet peppers on a philly? Just wasn’t up to par. Especially from a business called jersey. Should be better.

Joizey Mike’s. Nice. I agree with Jon B., best chain sub shop around. Plenty of fresh, delicious toppings. Fresh, tasty bread. Great service. It’s not the cheapest but it’s worth the money.

Of the chain sub shops around here, Jersey Mike’s is by far my favorite. A number 5 or 13 «Mike’s Way» with a little mayo is my ticket to sub sandwich bliss. I generally hit this one up for lunch. They usually have a few sub/chip/drink specials every day. It can be pretty busy then, but they do a good job of getting everyone through quickly. The few times I’ve been in the evening it’s been slow, but I’ve found that seems to be the nature of most sandwich places.
