My wife and I always had Mo’s Diner on the radar for special occasions or for when we just wanted to treat ourselves. We had heard through the grapevine that Holly wanted to make some changes and were pleasantly surprised to show up one time and find the place to not only be a bit more casual(no more white linens), but also bearing the new name. Changes aside, to call this place consistent would be an understatement. I always enjoyed my meal — lately opting for the jambalaya done vegetarian style, which Holly was gracious enough to make whether it was on the menu or not. Their wine list offered quality as well as value. And, while I’m the guy who usually prefers a second appetizer over dessert, I would never miss an opportunity to have the daily bread pudding, which is some of the best I’ve ever had. Sadly, Holly recently sold the restaurant and it will be converted to a new establishment in the coming month. Thankfully, the wife and I have a little window to treat ourselves one last time.

This is the same as Mo’s Diner, they changed their name for some reason. Went there for dinner last night, everything was excellent. Had the rack of lamb which was perfectly cooked with a delicious grill crust. Wife had the jambalaya which may be the best we’ve ever had, it was full of seasonal vegetables which is unusual but welcome. Was also quite spicy.
