Always drama with these guys. No matter when they tell me it will be ready — I always have to make a second trip. After experiencing this «mis-​communication» 3 times — I learned my lesson.
Considering the service — it’s overpriced.
Frustrating to deal with this business.

Just pulled in 5 minutes before close to pick up some pants. Employee said the clock inside said 4:00 so they were closed and that he had closed the cash drawer. Showed him my phone time (satellite accurate like everyone else’s) and he said «4 on my watch» and closed the door. Clearly will find somewhere with better customer service in the future. Am pleasantly surprised when most services will help you at close, never been denied service 5 minutes before.

4 $ for a laundry shirt and 8 $ for a dry clean shirt. Everything came back and was clean but the prices are still very high for what you get. To be honest. It almost makes more sense to buy a $ 20-​$ 30 shirt, wear it several times without washing it (maybe iron it in between wears) and then throw it away and buy just buy a new shirt. Actually, the more I think about it at 8 $ a shirt it completely makes more sense to wear a shirt a few times and then just throw it away.

The cleaners is very clean looking on the inside. There was generous parking and very easy access.
When I asked for an estimate of how much my order would be, the clerk was very vague. When I picked up my order, it was twice the cost of the vague quote.
When I picked up my order, the 2^nd clerk was more friendly than the first.
1. I expected employees to give a better estimate of services. My order was not unusual.
2. Better pricing. $ 8 for a pair of pants is a bit much. If everyday items are in this range, can you imagine how much the specialty items cost.
3. Consistent staff. Coldness does not equate to professionalism.
I will definitely think twice before going back to this store. Very clean, yet extremely expensive.
