ByWorse Laundromat here in Raleigh. Half of the machines are broke and the place is like a sweat shop. I loaded my clothes into 2 washing machines amd one of them crapped out and took my money went to tell the manager about it amd he told me to go to another one. On top of that the guys spoke no english and had his buddies there talking and laughing at me because I was pissed because i couldn’t getmy money back. The place is filthy, half of the machine’s did not work. I been to better establishments. Stay away from this one. Seriously !!!

My boyfriend and I used to really love this place, the prices can’t be beat, the location for us was good. But we have had nothing but bad experiences recently. They lost a pair of his pants, and gave us someone else’s clothing and insisted that it was ours. I’ve had two shirts ruined. I will never use this place again. Not worth the money we thought we were saving with losing and ruining expensive items of clothing.

Don’t even think about going here. The laundry room in my apt building was broken/​shut down, so I had to use a laundromat. This place is so ratchet, awful, nasty. Disgusting floor, don’t drop anything, black mold in many detergent slots, no machines take money you have to buy a card for a dollar, nobody uses parking spots, everyone parks right in front in the fire lane and leaves their car there. Just don’t go. Place made me super angry on top of an already difficult day. Major, major fail. See pictures.

You probably can’t beat the price and time it takes to be ready but my wife and I are THROUGH with this place. They do not clean stains. There have been multiple times where I showed them what stains needed to be removed and each time the stains were still there. I would tell them and then they would end up sending it to their main shop in Brier Creek and then the stain would be removed. The problem is that now I know that there shop doesn’t remove stains at all. And my wife and I were both given smelly clothes last time. This was a cheap and convenient location but we’re done with this place. P. S…the front of the store has a sticker that says « Unilocal likes us» hahah, all negative reviews.

This cleaners did a HORRIBLE job on my clothes! Since when do you hang sweaters which puts dents in the shoulders instead of hanging them across the hanger. My pants also had triple creases in them. You definitely get what you pay for and I will NEVER use this cleaners again. All they give you is the BEST PRICE but not the BEST QUALITY OF SERVICE. I will pay the extra and use another cleaners.

This is a dry cleaner and Laundromat. This place is a pigsty. The tables have chocolate from children’s hands that have not been cleaned up for two days. I have been here four times and there is nothing but trash and garbage in the parking lot. This place must have a trash pickup problem and the people that work here obviously feel it is not their job to clean. There’s never any toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. The floor are torn up but that is understandable due to new washing machines being added. Also there are only two electrical outlets in the place so even though it has WiFi there is no place to charge up. Wipe down everything before you use it, it is filthy. Even though there is heat from the dryers the doors are always open so in the winter its freezing in the place
