Fox Eye Care Group

I made an appointment for 5:00 pm because there were no appointments for walk ins when i checked earlier in the week. Arrived at my appointment time of 5:00, but was left waiting in reception. Finally got called for preliminary checks by the technician and let to go back out to reception to wait. I had another appointment 2 and half hours later but thought best to let staff know i need to be seen in order to make my next appointment; i had booked this eye appointment with plenty of time to spare so that i would have ample time to make my next appointment across town, but again i was left waiting; i finally spoke up and tech led me to an exam room, sat me down and told me to wait, and closed the exam door behind her so that now i really was out of sight so as not to be seen; apparently they must have overbooked. My appointment was at 5:00, made earlier in the week, i was on time and here it was going on 6:15 and still no doc and no exam and i was left sitting in exam room waiting even more, so i left. What a waste of time. I do not recommend going here, you will end up waiting and will be treated as a number. They made me an appointment, confirmed it, i arrived on time, was made to wait more than an hour and still not get seen. I have never left an office like this before but the fact that the staff left me waiting and the doc took his time without care made me question whether i really wanted to have an eye exam here at all; thought best to go to a more professional setting where i could be seen at my appointed time and be given an eye exam under better conditions. To be left waiting and waiting was so rude and inconsiderate, i truly felt neglected and in their way when i should have been greeted and seen by a doc on time. I will never go back to Fox Eye care Group, especially the one at Triangle Town Center.

Just an outstanding visit to get a thorough eye checkup. All the staff members were very professional and nice at the same time. I had an appointment and was seen right on time; After getting my eyes dilated, I got to wait in the waiting room (actually little more than a hall, but it was comfortable) with my husband before going back to finish the exam. The wait was quite short, much shorter than any other eye place I had ever gone to. I would highly recommend Fox Eye Care Group to anyone. If I had five thumbs, they would all go up to the doctor who took care of me. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his last name but his first name was Michael. He was excellent.

My last few eye exams were done at an eye center inside of a warehouse club. Since I was not totally pleased with my last eye exam, I chose to find another option.
I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time. I felt that I got quality and comfortable service from all I dealt with at this location. The receptionist/​doctor assistant was high energy and very pleasant. The Doctor was informative about my vision situation, and did well with my «blinking eyes» (I don’t do eyedrops well).
While they are connected to Lenscrafters, you are not obligated to use them for your eyeglass needs.
