This is the worst company with absolutely zero knowledge of its own infrastructure. Every person we talked to after being on hold for 25 – 35 minutes had a different story for what areas they covered. They were poor in their customer service and it was way more of a hassle than it needed to be to return our modem.

While in Triangle Town Center, I went to the AT&T store to ask two questions about my account: When does my contract expire? and When am I eligible for a new phone? The clerk promptly greeted me and asked if she could be of assistance, then requested my phone number and my drivers license to verify my identity. I am fine with that and actually appreciate the verification. Upon verification of my account, the clerk immediately tries to sell me on At&T’s internet and U-verse television services BEFORE she addressed my two questions. I’m all in favor of them trying to sell their services, but the clerk should have at least tried to address why I was there before attempting to add these other services. When I am ready for the iphone4 upgrade I shall try another Raleigh location of the AT&T store.
