Tony was great and recommended the Kung Wow. We were at Carolina Brewing Company. Flattz is here every other Wednesday. Come for the flatbread and stay for open mic comedy. The Kung Wow had a great mixture of flavors. Would definitely recommend it! Unique and excellent taste.

I ordered the Kung Wow, which was delicious. I loved the crunch of the cashews and the sweetness of the hoisin sauce. I was under the impression it had a little kick to it, so I was disappointed when it didn’t have any heat. The only thing that would make it better would be to add some spice to balance out the sweet. Overall, a tasty lunch.

Ordered the Kung Wow last night while the truck was at The Mill in Fuquay Varina. Absolutely delicious — I thought I was eating a meal in a restaurant! What a wonderful blend of flavors! And, the gentlemen on the truck were so nice!
We love The Mill and now have a favorite food truck — hope they come back soon — we’ll be there!

Had dinner from Flattz truck last night when parked in front of Fortnight in Cary. Perusing the menu, I found a long list of mainly flat bread entrees and even desserts that promised a level of culinary sophistication not often seen from a food truck. Could it be as good as it sounds? Yes! I had the Black & Bleu and my wife had the Pork Kofta. Both were delightful and as good as I have ever had from a food truck. Kudos to Flattz.
