Five Guys Burgers and Fries

This place is great! Every Five Guys I’ve been to has been great, but this one is set apart by its customer service!
The cashier was friendly, and the line seemed to be very much in sync.
The burgers were well cooked, and the fries were hot and hand cut, and generous in serving size. I WILL be returning to this location!

Yes, it’s five guys. They do burgers and fries exceptionally, with lots of free toppings to go with their great burgers. I’m about equidistant between this and another location, but I prefer this one because of the customer service. Really friendly staff, even when you’re there like 15 minutes until closing like I sometimes have been. And man. Those fries.

Five Guys does burgers and fries, and they do it well. They offer about two dozen toppings/​options for you to customize the «perfect burger» which they put together within a couple of minutes for you to devour.
They have some varieties of hot dogs, as well as sandwiches. But burgers is what you want to try at this joint since that is what they are known for.

I had been trying to get to Five Guys between every appointment I had ever since 5:00PM tonight. Finally around 9:55 I arrived and saw that the store closes at 10:00. I hated coming in right at closing but honestly, I was starved. So walking in, I apologized to the crew but the manager said to me no problem at all, that I had 5 minutes to spare and they’re ready to serve… The food… was fantastic! No dropoff in quality at all and served by friendly staff! Good job 5 GUYS!

Pretty good for a five guys. gets pretty busy on Friday nights, but you know what you’re getting

This store has been in this location for a while and we’ve been trying to go to this place till now. I got curious what their vegetarian burger was like, so I ordered it. My mom got their simplistic double stack burger. Once I took a bite of their vegeburger… I felt like I was in heaven. It was so fresh and delicious, even without the meat. Mom’s was of course good too, but she’s small person so she gave me her other patty on mine and it was even better.
I recommend you to try this place out if you live near by.

Love this location for Five Guys. Everyone that works there is friendly and accommodating. My husband and I ordered a large fry to share, and we had the container packed full plus ½ of the paper bag. Great food, great quality– for grease laden food, that is!

I have always liked Five Guys burgers, and this location is extra close, so it comes in handy when I crave one of those extra greasy, delicious meals. They always provide lots of fries, and you know a heavy meal is in store when you get a an order to go and can see the grease staining through the bag (YES!). I also love the shakes– an added treat in the warmer months.

Five Guys. Nuff said. Best fast burger in town. We love the burgers and fries. My son loves the hot dogs. Even better, the staff at this location are outstanding — friendly and welcoming *every* time we visit.

Hot, fresh and tasty, it’s hard to go wrong with Five Guys if you’re in a burger kind of mood. Their fries aren’t made as crispy as I like fries to be served, but they are nicely cooked and the portions are generous to a fault. They «smash» their burgers to compress them before cooking them, and they don’t skimp on the toppings. So much cheese was oozing from my last one that I ate it (half of it, anyway) with a fork. The prices are fair especially considering I can’t eat a whole full sized burger let alone the entire fry portion, so I always have leftovers for later. Pro tip — the leftover fries are pretty good crisped up in your oven!
They even have, sort of, artisanal potatoes. They post the name of the farm and region today’s potatoes came from every day. You know they’re fresh, because sacks of them are often piled right in the dining room. Not a romantic date lunch ambience to be sure, but interesting and kind of cool. If you want a fast food lunch that’s a notch or three or five above the usual drive-​through quality chain, try Five Guys especially at their North Hills location.

Burger. Fries. Bam. What’s not to like about this place? Easy to get in and out of, they are known for a mean burger and this location steps up. It is on my radar for eternity.

Fresh burgers, great price. They call out the # of burger patties as you order — That’s when they go to the grill. Its remarkably consistent in quality, cooking temperature, and flavor. The fries are fantastic.

Hit the spot for my craving. The place was surprisingly vey clean and well kept for a burger joint! Kosher dog is my favorite! I should have gotten 2. Order came fast. My meal total costed $ 6.80. They are super generous with the small fries! Will definitely come again when I get a craving for it.

I love the food here. Plain and simple. The beef is very flavorful. The buns have a nice texture and taste. Just the beef and buns are great. But then there are the toppings.
No extra charges, whatever you want.

The fries, regular or Cajun, are delicious. Nicely cooked and generous portions.

Five Guys is probably my favorite burger chain, and this is a great Five Guys location.
When you walk into the restaurant, you’ll notice boxes and boxes of peanuts line the walls, and this location is pretty darn clean for a fast food place. My sympathies to those peanut allergy sufferers (also can’t get to-​go because Five Guys uses peanut oil too), but free peanuts for everyone else! Five Guys has such a simple menu, but it does each of the menu items well enough that I can’t complain. (I will admit the fries are sometimes a little too greasy and can bleed through, so make sure your bag doesn’t touch your clothes or car seats.) I absolutely love all the free toppings they have here, and I really appreciate that you can customize your own food since I’m pretty picky. My favorite is definitely the hamburger (and don’t forget the grilled mushrooms!), and there’s also a little hamburger for those days when I’m not as hungry. The prices are amazing, especially since all the toppings are free!
The service at this location isn’t the epitome of Southern Hospitality, but are nice enough. They also always have someone sweeping the floor to make sure it’s clean. Since the food is made to order, sometimes they take a little longer than expected if you order a larger or more complicated order. Make sure to listen up, as this location calls your receipt number instead of giving you a buzzer!
I really wish Five Guys would have a drive-​thru as well… then I’d be here all the time! Even though the burger could potentially be a little hard to eat in the car, but I just want to eat Five Guys all the time, okay?

I’ve been to a few other five guys, but this one takes the cake!
Yes, the huge cheeseburger was outstanding and the fries were hot, fresh and tasty, but the main reason for my 5 stars is how clean this restaurant is. I came with my two year old daughter who is in the middle of potty training. Of course we had to make a bathroom visit. This bathroom was cleaner than most homes I’ve been to.
The delicious food will speak for itself, but the cleanliness and attention to detail sets it apart from other fast food joints.

5 Guys is only a few blocks from the house so I really want to love them cause nothing is better than a good burger. I rate all my burgers against a tough baseline…701 Drive Inn in Whiteville, Chow Box in Wilmington and In-&-Out Burger in San Diego. Maybe in my old age I’m getting senile but what is it about a burger and fries at 5 Guys that just ain’t right? I’ve tried a dozen times with different toppings and there is just something I cannot put my finger on. Seems as if both the burgers and fries have some minute off taste that I just can’t get past. Maybe peanut oil? I don’t know, but for now I’ll make the trip to Char-​Grill.

The greasiest, coldest fries, (not even cooked — but soggy), paired with another slightly less mediocre burger made of beef that has been sourced from many places and mixed.
The peanuts are a nice touch, but the greasy smell greets you as soon as you push open the door, and will stay with you until you wash your clothes.
I took my teenager here, «for a treat», but that will NOT ever happen again. For everyone looking to have a stroke, in the future, this is a great place to start.
If you REALLY want a good burger, go to the market Rest., the price is great, and the burger is too.

Made to order burgers. Buy the «Reg. fries» instead of the large, trust me… you get plenty. They always throw a ton of fries in the back no matter the size you order.
The «Little» Cheeseburgers are regular sized patties. The regular cheeseburgers are double patties. Tons of options for toppings at no additional charge. FREE PEANUTS while you wait for your order.
A lot of the fast food places near Five Guys would be sub-​par during non-​lunch/​dinner. Not Five Guys. I was hesitant to go around 2:30PM the other day because I had always went during the lunch rush. When I went in, there was nobody in the kitchen area except the cashier. I placed my order, he turned around and repeated it into the kitchen and out came the cooks, who immediately went to work on my order, placing a brand new patty on the grill for me as well as dumping a brand new basket of fries into the frier. You can’t get that kind of service at other fast food joints, that’s for sure. My food came to me hot and delicious.
They keep the place clean. Every visit I’ve seen someone sweeping the floor/​wiping down the tables. All of the employees have been polite also.
I try to limit myself to five guys every once in a while. While it certainly isn’t healthy food, it’s great fast food for the price.
