This is a frequent morning stop for me during the week. I always order a small iced coffee with mocha and cream, no sugar. Perfection!

Not sure why all the bad reviews… Must be difference in time of day??? My coffee was how I ordered/wanted, my bagel was good, and my donut had appropriate amount of frosting. I came around 4 in the afternoon. Had one person in front of me, but an otherwise empty store. Two employees were handling the drive thru, the front line, and making beverages and«sandwiches,» and despite the comfort level of the front counter clerk at recharging my perks card on my phone, we got theough that and the rest was easy.(I believe she’s new, so we’ll give her the benefit of the doubt.) My iced coffee, one equal two creams, tasted like it should. My southwest supreme bagel with butter came out in a timely manner after the girl who made it also made a drink for the drive thru guest at the window.(Great multitasking). And I went back up for a maple frosted donut, my favorite(it was missing its label strip though). 4 stars for some bakery products missing labels, bakery case not having a lot to choose from(which is ok cuz I know how DD does things and that’s normal this time of day, but they should work on a way to fix that), and for the girl not knowing how to recharge my card. I got my Dunkin fix, and got a perks free beverage for my return visit! See you again soon!

As I write this review, I’ve been waiting 10+ minutes for my order. The girl at the counter was friendly, but it shouldn’t take over 10 minutes to get a bagel and coffee. If you’re trying to get in and out quickly, do not come here! I will not be coming back to this location.

Stopped by around 2:30 p.m. yesterday to pick up a half dozen on my way to an afternoon meeting. I selected an assortment of cinnamon, glazed, jelly filled, cruller and old fashioned donuts. Every single one of the donuts was dry and stale. You’d think out of five varieties, at least one batch would still be remotely fresh. Nope. I won’t be back to this DD. The Baker’s Dozen in Cary will get my business from now on.

Pretty terrible service. Cashier didn’t know how to ring up a food combo. I waited 10 minutes for food and the food was chewy and dry. Sleezy rap music was playing in the background. Definitely would recommend going to another Dunkin Donuts location if possible.

RIDICULOUS! They can make a simple coffee taste disgusting. I have worked in DD before at Charlotte, How can you make mistakes in pre-programmed coffee instructions? Well looks like the only talent they have is to deliver horrible coffee to the customer. My list of complaints for just today’s visit [Note: I have given them lot of chance hoping for things to go right at least once] — They always hand the coffee with dripping it all over the cup. — it is unclean and when i asked for clean coffee sleeves i get the look like am a snob? Excuse me for expecting a clean cup of coffee which doesn’t feel like you stirred your finger in it. — Always out of donuts you want. Even the basic ones like chocolate glazed or chocolate munchkins. Never was even courteous enough to ask of they could make one for us [ Franchise I worked at if possible for customer to wait we would make fresh ones for them] — Rudeness at its best. When i looked unhappy with my coffee. her words«It was your instructions i followed.» Really Thanks ! I assumed you would add liquid sugar in my ‘Ice Coffee’ since I don’t carry around hot water and sugar to create my own recipe here. Every time there is a new employee, Every time i have different taste in same coffee i order. I have given up on this franchise. I don’t want to spoil my day by the rude inconsiderate atmosphere I get for ordering a cup of coffee and wasting my hard earned money.

TRIEDAGAINON4⁄25. Here’s my experience: Jamocha almond fudge iced coffee should not look like a regular unflavored iced coffee or taste like one. The lady told me «oh that’s Jamocha,» and I explained again that it wasn’t and asked her to remake. I think I know what my coffee should taste like. She was VERY annoyed and showed this both on her face and with her atttitude. You don’t like having to remake something, then remake it the right the first time. I am not going to be disrespected and given an attitude when someone can’t make the coffee as I asked, and you SURE as hell aren’t going to get any tips. Actually I take that back: here’s a tip for you — don’t give your customers a pissy attitude when you don’t make my coffee correctly! I used to work at a Dunkin’ Donuts but I’ve since moved on with my life. At any rate, if a customer told me that their coffee is wrong I’m not going to argue with them! ALLDONE going here. I WILLNOTGOBACK. I’ll take the $ 20 + I spend a week here elsewhere. F them. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — - I have tried this Dunkin’ Donuts again and again. I am a northerner in my heart, so I love my Dunkin’ Donuts iced coffee and that’s just the way it is. In the town I lived in NH, there are FIVE Dunkin’ Donuts. I should probably mention that the town has only 23,000 residents. To say we love our Dunkin’ Donuts fix is an understatement. I used to live directly across the road from one and I was there 5 days a week spending $ 6 a day. Anyway, This Dunkin’ Donuts here in NC absolutely fails to deliver a consistent product. Half the time, my iced coffee is great. The other half the time, it is not good at all. Please understand that my order includes a large iced coffee with regular cream and 4 pumps of mocha swirl syrup. It is not difficult. I have PERSONALLY worked at a Dunkin’ Donuts and I can tell you that if you order a large iced coffee with cream and mocha swirl, or a large mocha iced coffee, you’re going to get 4 pumps of mocha, cream, ice, and coffee. Dunkin’ Donuts down here STIRS their coffee(SOMETIMES). Up north, we mix up our iced coffee by putting a napkin over the straw hole and flipping it upside down a few times. I do not want to make this a north vs south thing because I have come to love life down here in North Carolina. Please do not misunderstand me. My point is that this dunkin donuts CANNOT deliver a quality and consistent product. This has been my «local» Dunkin’ Donuts for 1.5 years. I have encountered many issues in my trips to this Dunkin Donuts. * DONUT(missing, stale, missing frosting, upside down in bag on frosting, almost no filling, way too much filling) Bagel with cream cheese(almost no cream cheese, 8 ounces of cream cheese on one bagel, not toasted, burned, *EGGWHITEFLATBREAD(ice cold in the middle, rockhard burned flatbread, missing cheese, wrong kind of cheese, wrong variety of flatbread) *ICEDCOFFEE described above(no mocha, almost no mocha but a very tiny bit, no cream, way way too much cream — like one time it was JUST mocha and cream i shit you not. it took a long time for her to give it to me because she kept pushing the cream button, FAR too much mocha syrup, wrong size, little straw for a large instead of a big straw, no ice, very little ice, way too much ice, mocha not mixed –no big deal but it’s a consistency thing and I am not asked, and worst of all folks, an iced coffee that was made as a FREAKINGICEDTEA! ICEDTEACOFFEE! Mocha, cream, ice, and TEA!) I assure you that I do not work for any other coffee or breakfast or donut establishment. I can say for certainty that I am just a 27 year old Dunkin’ Donuts loving Yankee. I took the time out of my day to write this post so that you could understand why I won’t be visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts again. It pains me to say that, but I just gotta move on. :(

Worst DD I’ve been to. Drive thru took 14 minutes and they didn’t even have the doughnut I asked for. The girl working drive thru barely spoke English and asked me to repeat my order 3 times –which was a chocolate iced doughnut with a sweet tea. Hardly complicated. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I am new to the area and seeing as how this place is so close if I’ve got a coupon its a great place to go. Unlike other reviewers I have not had any problems with the selection and I am not out early that’s for sure. The cashier I have seen is always great and a funny guy. Basically its a donut, don’t have such high standards :)

Wow, this is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. They are ALWAYS out of every donut i ask for. I did give them one star because they do get my coffee right(crème only) almost every time.

DUNKIES! As a native New Englander, this place is my caffeine sanctuary. Dunkin D’s is for the blue collar worker, while Starbucks is for the white collar execs. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to be associated with the suits. The staff is friendly and the coffee is as expected. My only issue is that this Dunkies is on one of my least favorite roads(Western). The hash browns are my weakness. Open 6am-10pm.

It’s fast and they’re always friendly. BUT, they get something wrong on our order almost every time. At this point it is almost comical. We laugh at how wrong the order will get read back to us when we order. The doughnuts are good enough. I wish we had more mom and pop doughnut shops, but they are all gone in this area.

Rude employee in drive thru. Asked for whipped cream as I always do, they said they werent allowed to do it then ignorEd my response and gave me the coffee without whipped cream. If you have the time to go to the Hillsborough Dunkin or any other one, I suggest you go there. Rude service without any justification is an unpleasant experience.

I’ve never met such pleasant people so early in the morning, maybe it’s because they have great coffee to enjoy. I have a rule about the drive-thru: if three cars total are in line, I go inside. It isn’t Dunkin’s fault that the drive thru can be slow when people have no idea what to order, how to order, or really even what they want to consume. I seem to always get stuck behind these people, this the rule ;) You can purchase a combo or opt for something different: muffin and iced latte for around $ 5.

It’s DD. Not my fave chain coffee joint but it’s ok. Unlike Starbucks, I’ve found there’s some variability between DD franchise locations… with some serving very fresh coffee day or night and others always selling old burnt coffee. In my 3 or 4 visits to this location they seem to fall in the former(with good coffee).

The staff is friendly; however, if you are in the drive-thru at 4PM on a M-Fri, be prepared to wait about five minutes for your drink… and despite the staff taking your order on the electronic intercom AND confirming your order by repeating it back to you, there is a 1 in 5 chance of them screwing up your coffee… I always order my token drink: a large, caramel-swirl iced latte sans-whipped cream… but one day a week(it’s always a random day, too… and a random staff member) they will hand me a MOCHA latte… and it isn’t until I get to work that I begin consuming the beverage and realize that it’s wrong. Make sure you check your drink before you leave… Other than that, when the drink is right(the majority of the time), it is DELICIOUS!!!

If you wondered what happened to the Dairy Queen? Well it was replaced with a brand new Dunkin Donuts. I have to say that typically I am a fan of Krispy Kreem but this location has a sit down cozy feeling. It would have been a bit nicer if this location would have created a coffee shop feeling but for now it will do. The doughnut selection is very good at this location. However over the years the selection has dwindled down to just the most popular. The bad news is that sometimes the locations run out too soon for popular doughnuts. However each doughnut I have tried is fresh. Coffee seems to be a big hit now with Dunkin Donuts. Plenty of flavors to choose from and served very hot and fresh. The counter staff is very helpful and usually in a good cheerful mood. I would recommend trying some of the breakfast sandwiches. They too are hot and very good for the money. This location even has a drive-thru.
