Worst service. Bought a pre-packed quart of ice cream from their freezer section because the girl behind counter was too lazy to make a fresh quart of scooped ice cream. I noticed the expiration date was 4 weeks out but after I ended up serving it, the ice cream tasted old including the nuts in the ice cream — they tastes bitter. I’m writing this review because when I called the store & told them about it they refused to provide a fresh quart to replace the bad tasting ice crean even though I still had the receipt! C’mon people, how difficult is it to understand the concept of customer service? What a dumb way of handling this situation. Never going here again.

Stay clear! We have friends who live nearby so have stopped here a few times. Tonight will be our last time, though. Family was in the mood for ice cream so we headed over. First thing we noticed was a hair in the cookie dough ice cream! When we told the employee, first he said«No there’s not.» After we pointed it out, he asked — believe it or not — «Would you like a scoop?» Not sure why we didn’t turn and walk out at that point, but we didn’t. Then my wife asked for a Banana Royale. He said«We don’t have any Banana Royale.» We asked WHAT don’t you have? «No bananas.» OK, a hot fudge sundae with pineapples and whipped cream. «No hot fudge… No pineapples.» That’s when we decided to leave. We headed over to the BR at Cameron Village. The store is clean, the workers are friendly… and they actually have bananas!
