Came in today just to browse and assist my friend in finding some shoes as she received a birthday gift card. We headed straight to clearance section so that she could get more bang for her buck. The store was organized .the staff friendly. and had a nice selection. Although I was not looking. I found a great pair of shoes on sale and my friend loved them so much she found a pair too! Check out was quick and we enjoyed our overall shopping experience.

Came in to do an online return & there were two associates at the registers, so I was able to walk right up & return my shoes.
Lindsey was very helpful & efficient. I was in & out in less than five minutes.
The store is huge & from what I could see, plenty of shoes to choose from. On this particular gorgeous Sunday, plenty of folks were there shopping.
Prices are great & they have all the latest styles & the «it» designer brands. Easy return/​exchange policy.
Parking is plentiful, but they do share the lot with other popular stores, Dick’s & Bed, Bath & Beyond.

Love the huge selection of shoes and sandals. Prices can be on the high side but I don’t think I’ve ever left dsw empty handed. Whenever I’m on a shoe mission, this is usually my first choice.
Friendly service and wide open aisles with good lighting and lots of seating areas with mirrors to help with your decisions. Honestly don’t mind paying for a good quality shoe that will last more than a season.

I think this DSW should talk with the DSW in Chapel HIll. This location had a better selection of shoes and styles. I am in the market for athletic shoes and this location had a better selection of running shoes in really good prices. Also, it’s boot season and I love it! DSW usually has a great selection of boots and this location had some nice styles. Unfortunately this location is way too far from me, and I won’t give up hope for the Chapel Hill location.

I do agree that the prices aren’t really low, but the selection is fantastic. Their prices compare to department stores, but the «self serve» method is much better than having to wait for a sales person to go in the back, search for your shoes, and then return, with that sad look on their face, letting you know they don’t have your size. Here, if you find a shoe you like, you know right away if they have it in your size or not.
Their clearance section is very large too, and organized by size, so it easy to view all shoes in your size.
The store is huge, clean, and organized, and the staff is friendly. They also have a large selection of handbags, hats, scarves, etc.
Whenever I need new shoes, whether it be heels, flops, docksiders, or boots, DSW is always my first stop.

I am in agreement with Amanda R that this store is a nice idea, but cannot usually find a blow-​my-​socks-​off deal here. If you want that, please see SRI Shoe Warehouse.
This store has a selection of shoes, hats and handbags. The shoe selection doesn’t match up – in either price or quantity — to SRI. You may get lucky and find a deal here but I wouldn’t bank on it.
