Domino’s Pizza

James has amazing customer service. He delivered my pizza tonight at school, first it was made and delivered in less than 20 minutes. And second I’ve never had someone bring me condiments like roasted red peppers and Parmesan cheese for my pizza that I didn’t even ask for. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and was just a very nice person.

The new location is fantastic! Hottest, freshest pizza I’ve ever had from a Dominoes. And the inside is very clean too! The staff was very friendly and my pizza was ready 9 minutes after I ordered it.

Online ordering is simple and fast. I like that it saves all of my information for the next time. Coupons were great as well. I love the selection of choices available with the menu (although they should have parmesan garlic chicken wings — hint hint).
Time between order and delivery was perfect. Delivery person was very friendly and the food was spectacular!

No delivery or online ordering available today, probably due to the weather, which is fine. So we placed an order for carryout. At the end if the ordering process they informed us that it would be cash only. Also probably due to weather, so we didn’t mind. So, my husband said he would go to the ATM on the way. When he brought the pizzas home, we quickly discovered that BOTH pizzas were incorrect. We received a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza. We ordered double pepperoni and mushroom on one pizza and white sauce, feta, jalapeño, and pineapple on the other.
He exchanged the pizzas and when he got home we discovered the pizzas were very cold, so they did not make fresh ones from their error and one of the pizzas was STILL the wrong pizza. The pepperoni mushroom had correct toppings but was very cold and the other pizza had some jalapenos, barely any pineapple, and almost no feta. Also this pizza had ZERO sauce on it. I could see a couple red specs where there my have been a bit of red sauce. This pizza with no sauce was DISGUSTING and also very cold. There was even a piece of pizza on this pie with NO toppings or sauce on it! This was the worst Dominos experience ever. We did not call or try to replace again because my expectations of getting what I ordered are extremely low now and we should not have to drive the icy roads and waste gas over and over for their error. Also, they did not offer any compensation for the error as some places would do. I will NEVER take out from this location again. This was a total waste of our time and money.

I always order from this location and they do a really job with getting my order correct and done well.

This place is super awesome. I never order from the big pizza places (dominos, pizza hut, papa johns) but my mom was visiting from Chicago and we decided to order from here because I could get gluten free and they deliver. She got the crispy thin crust. We are both allergic to tomatoes so when we ordered online we choose the no sauce option. They called from the store to make sure we intended to do that b/​c they said sometimes people do that on accident. I was really impressed that they called to make sure. The order was correct when it showed up and looked amazing. The delivery person was so friendly! The best part was it tasted amazing. My mom said everytime she orders at home (Chicago, remember), they burn the crispy crust, no matter where she gets it from, they never get it right. She was so impressed! I would definitely get from here again.

Incredibly skimpy on toppings. Way too salty! I use to love dominos but will be trying different places.
