This beauty supply store is the best store in the triangle, only place with high quality hair. Always have friendly people that help me find what I need and also a good job in helping me maintain my hair. 100% Satisfaction by the way big selection in wigs from human to syntactic. I enjoyed it !

I never write a bad review on any place unless I truly come across a bad experience and this was the quintessential bad beauty supply store experience. I did call the shop prior to going to make sure they had the
merchandise I was looking for. I spoke to a very polite gentleman who told me
they did. I was greeted when I walked in the store which was nice. However, the people who worked in the back of the store with the wigs gave another experience. First, I asked to try on wigs. I wasnt that suprised by their policy (which at some BSS’s, is customary), I can only try on 3 wigs per wig cap and I must buy the wig cap myself for $ 1. When the lady in the wig service area approached me she reiterated the posted policy and asked me for $ 1. I told her I had no cash but I will pay on my card. She asked again for the $ 1, I told her again I didnt have cash and she repeatedly told me I had to pay on my debit card and there was a $ 5 minimum (another customary BSS policy). I told her I understood and would comply. I tried on two wigs which she handed me with no problem. The last wig I tried on I loved! It was blonde and I didnt want blonde so I ask for two darker colors. She brought those out. Then I asked if the wig was available in a dark red and she said she already brought me the other colors so that was what I asked for. That was very rude. I also tried to take a picture of how it looked for a 2^nd opinion and she told me NO PICTURES! Another customer standing right beside me said «You all let me take pictures when I was in here last». The rest of the interaction was very rude and rushed. I will never come back and suggest no one else does either. If you dont want to be treated like a «Hurry up and buy» customer

Excellent customer service! This beauty supply store surpasses all the rest in Raleigh. First of all, their selection is vast and the prices are very affordable ($ 25 for the new clampless hair curlers). But the best part about this store is its customer service. A hair savvy guy named Daniel practically walked me through the whole store when I asked him for help finding a curler. I went again another time looking for temporary hair extensions, and he was super resourceful spending almost a full 15 minutes helping select the perfect ones. What a great experience!!!
