Arby’s

Always great service, always nice employees, the place is always clean, the food is always good.

This Arby’s is the worst one ever, at least at lunch. Food is slow.
And the tall manager does not give a…
He also likes he is mad. Bad vibes, stay away.

Slowest Arbys ever. 5 people behind the counter and only the girl working the drive thru was doing anything. After she saw that other «workers» were too busy chatting to help, she took our order. After waiting 12 minutes, we asked where our meal was-​the manager who happened to be up front doing nothing said «we must have just lost it». No apologies.

We visited Arby’s today as part of a fundraising event for my kids’ school. While I’ve been through the drive-​through several times (& my orders were always correct, btw), this was our first time dining inside.
The staff really went above and beyond making this a special event for the kids. To begin, the entire place is spotlessly clean, from the bathrooms, to the soda fountain, to the dining area. They had decorated with helium balloons, and were offering free cake and face-​painting for the kids. There were also stickers, a coloring contest, and prizes. On top of all this, 15% of our purchase went directly to my kids’ school. We have had fundraisers like this at other restaurants, but I have never seen anyone go to the lengths Arby’s did to ensure the kids had fun, and will want to return again.
As far as the food goes my kids can be quite particular («turkey sandwich, but no cheese, but add bacon, with pickles on the side” — really? You’re SEVEN.) and the cashier didn’t bat an eyelash when I was ordering. After I paid, she asked my name, and when the food was ready (perfectly prepared as ordered), they carried it out to our table! It was all really above-​and-​beyond.
Arby’s even has a bell mounted next to the exit with a plaque reading, «If you got great service, please ring the bell!». needless to say, the bell rang out again and again as the kids from Conn thanked Arby’s staff for a truly special evening. Thanks to Lily, Lindsay, Cassy, and the rest of the crew! We will be back soon!

This is by far the nicest Arby’s I have visited. The staff was very professional and prompt to complete your order. The cashier was kind enough to give me a coupon for a free sandwich the next time I came through. The dining area is large enough to fit quite a few people.
Personally I love the $ 1 menu. I can grab a Jr Roast Beef sandwich with honey mustard sauce, curly fries and chocolate shake for less than $ 4!!!
