The locksmith arrived within 20 minutes. He appeared well groomed and he was very courteous. He explained and followed the legal and professional procedures as well as his charges which were very reasonable. He opened the deadbolt lock within 2 minutes.
He processesed the credit card through his smart phone very efficiently. Then he wished us good night.
We really appreciate his helping us getting out of a lockout in the middle of a cold winter night.
I would recommend him very highly as a competent, trustworthy, and pleasant locksmith.
