The service was horrible. Made me feel like I was a nuisance and unwanted. But I did end up getting my package shipped .
Two stars because maybe it was a bad day for her and I did get what I needed… 2.5 would be perfect, but this 2 will help even out the 4 start up top.

Generally I don’t review chains, I try to avoid them. However, I have had to use FedEx Office a few times recently for some print jobs and shipping. Every time I have been there the staff is super helpful and goes above and beyond to help me. I can’t stress how wonderful they are!
