Horrible customer service! I went there with a friend. My friend asked them to wait to make her blizzard until the food was ready. They completely blew her off. I heard them say, «just make the blizzard.» I asked for a side of sauce in addition to what was already in my basket and I got attitude…“you didn’t say that.” I watched them hand a blizzard to my friend that had ice cream all over the side. On top of it all they were extremely unfriendly and
acted like they didn’t want to be there. I’ve worked at two different DQ’s and I know that’s not the way they’re trained. Hire someone who actually wants to be there and is an asset to the business.

I’ve been here quite a few times and over the years this DQ has gone down hill. The food is ok but the service is awful. The last 3 times I’ve gone there, I went through drive thru. The boy taking my order acted like he didn’t want to be there. The woman who took my card was just plain rude. As I looked through the window only 2 people had a DQ uniform, the rude woman was in a nasty stained up white t-shirt and what appeared to be yoga pants with stains all over them. I finally told my family I will not go to this location anymore.

I’d give this place 3.5 if possible. It’s an average DQ. It’s decent fast food. Nothing amazing, but solid. They have a $ 5 lunch special that is pretty decent. I would say avoid the cheese curds. Wisconsin takes its cheese curds seriously and the ones they serve just aren’t the best.
