Came in here to build a small light circuit for my Halloween costume. Mark was great and helped me pick out all the stuff I would need. He made it easy and I look forward to completing my portal gun light up project.

Eh. First, it’s RadioShack. This business is based around selling electronics that housewives know nothing about, or people who don’t have time to wait for shipping from Amazon. Anyone who knows what they need can buy the same exact product off Amazon for noticeably less.
I get that a big part of their business is cell phones, but I don’t get why anyone would buy one here. They work off commision, and don’t have extensive lines of phones. They don’t offer any deals. What reasons are there TO buy a cell phone here over directly through the company?
In any case. My experience here was when I needed a cable. A typical basic cable, which would cost like four bucks off amazon. But I needed it the next day, so I went online and found that they sold it. I called to ask if they had it, they said no.
I went in the next day with a print out of the item, along with the print out saying they had it. The guy took my pages, went out back, brought it out and said nothing else. Scratch that, he offered insurance on my $ 8 cord and asked if I needed batteries.

Staff was VERY friendly here. I was in and out in a jiffy with my HDMI cable. Very convenient for storefront electronics. Return policy is good as well.
How to get here? 225 shaw street bus or private parking lot. Easy parking.
