I have been to the Pasta Café several times and it’s always a great lunch. This café is located inside a local market, but don’t let that deceive you, there are 3 award winning restaurants in this building. If you are looking for pasta or pizza, fish or chicken or some healthy salad options you will not be disappointed.

Pizza is terrible! First time ever ordering pizza and on top of that, I was hallucinating from the extreme hunger. But any who, I took my hungry self over there for a pizza. It smelled delicious, couldn’t wait to eat it! However once I opened the box the pizza looked strange, flat and too much sauce. I took a slice and chomped it down, my hunger didn’t let me stop and after I ate the first slice I felt slightly ill. But me being a rebel I went in for another slice, this time actually taking the time to taste it and examine it. It was gross. The crust was legit like a cracker, felt extremely greasy too. Too much«white sauce’ which tasted bland, along with the few specks of toppings. Needless to say I didn’t finish the second slice and had to throw away the whole pizza. Such a waste of money and definitely not worth it. Wish I could get a refund! I’ll just stick to healthy kitchens froyo.

I’m embarrassed that this was our first trip to this place after having lived in the Quincy area for over 2 years already. I’m glad that we finally came here though. It is one of those very hip, very contemporary places to eat where everything done is done to perfection and are all healthy as possible while leaving the taste still very much intact. The restaurant is kept very clean. The prices are only slightly higher than the norm but given the natural healthy twist, they are extremely reasonable. No wonder they have a ton of business and you see many customers rotate in and out all the time, keeping the parking lot always accessible. I highly recommend it to everyone that is interested in finding a good place to eat anywhere nearby, and I am sure that everyone who has tried it once would have to be a support and fan of this place, bar none. Do yourself a favor, and come here for your next meal and have fun at it. Like all the other posts have noted add well. The service is also 5 stars, unusual for a place in Quincy! :-(

My boss recommended this place yesterday for lunch since he said he used to eat here regularly. I got the penne chicken pesto and it was amazingly good. It was a good sized portion and the pesto wasn’t overbearing as it was just right. Great amounts of grilled chicken as well which made it very filling. I had the leftovers for dinner and it was even better!

I really really like the food here, but they consistently get the order wrong. I order from here 3 – 4 times a months and at least one of those times is always wrong. Do yourself a favor and check your order before you drive all the way home. It’s not even a little wrong, like forgetting a topping, it’s a lot wrong, like an entirely different pizza.

I love the greek salad with grilled chicken it’s so yummy! The people are always friendly and there’s a little supermarket inside, too!!! Whatever you do. park out back! It’s much easier to get out of the lot then parking in the front! This place has the best food! LOVEITHERE!

The Pasta & Pizza Caffe is part of a food court of the Common Market Restaurants. There’s a convenience store and two other establishments(Fish n Chicken and the Healthy Kitchen). It’s definitely a convenient spot to pick up some food with all of these choices. It took me half a dozen trips to realize that there’s a lot in the back of the store, accessed via Robertson St. You don’t have to find a space out front! The pasta and pizza are OK, and they sell large cookies for a $ 1. As far as Italian food goes, Gennaro’s is better and offers large portions. The Pasta and Pizza Café is a decent choice if you want a small dish at a reasonable price($ 4.50 for pasta with sauce) or an inexpensive pizza(slices at lunchtime only).

Best pizza in Quincy. I don’t come on Unilocal often, but every time I get pizza from this place I can’t believe how good it is. Had to shout them out.

Excellent tomato sauce & the original recipe was from some north end restaurant, that the chef at worked at previously. The Chicken Parmesan dinner is just the right size, not too big & not too small. Their pizza is very thin & delicious, their paninis are perfect. Great place to get Italian food when you don’t feel like sitting in a restaurant.

I got off the plane, never having been to Boston, and just wanted a quick stop in where I could get some home cooked Boston food. The wonderful woman greeted me with a smile behind the counter and recommended the Mandarin Salmon; fresh and smothered in fruit. The Salmon came with two sides so I got the butternut squash and also some stuffing with a fountain drink. My total came to about $ 12.00 and I found my own way to a seat. The booth wasn’t very clean and the place was empty on a Friday afternoon, but the wait wasn’t very long at all. My maple glazed mandarin Salmon was tasty and the sides were delicious. For the price, this place was a great stop.

The Pasta & Pizza Caffe is part of a food court of the Common Market Restaurants. There’s a convenience store and two other«restaurants”(fish n chicken and the market grille). There’s plenty of parking for quick take out and a really nice spacious seating area for dining in. The caffe has really great simple pizza, it’s really the best. The crust is excellent, it ranges on the thin/crisp side but doesn’t get soggy. The pasta is perfectly al dente. The staff is very friendly. I can’t say much on the other restaurants because I always order here but there are always people crowding around and ordering from them. The website has menus and pictures.
