Dunkin’ Donuts

The Dunkin’ Donuts located in quincy as part of the quincy college student experience is just like any other. You have to keep in mind going in that this store is very small. As well as being small, they have to deal with large groups of almost never-​ending college students and others. What impresses me is how after dealing with so many people in a day, they can still get my order right. I only eat DD once in a while and since I am in school, this location has done just fine for me. The line can get quite long but what can you expect from a place that is that small and has to cater to college students. The staff are never mean or rude when I’m here. This review is purely based on MY experience. Others and you might have different stories or opinions.

Slow service, there is a whole bunch can of people behind the counter but one one register open.

Im in Quincy College located in the same building to this DD store, I visit them for coffee every single day. Despite they are always busy serving a super long line customer, staffs always treat me nice.
UNTIL THIS FALL SEMESTER Ive been disappointed they changed the crew, the new manager in the red t shirt is very rude to customer. Taking my order like yelling at me, but 8 TIMES OVER 10 SHE GOT MY COFFEE WRONG! then when I ask her to remake it she was absolutely angry.
One time I ordered small hot chocolate and a cup of ice, she gave me the small paper cup, I said «no ms, a small clear cup of ice please» and show her my receipt, which is I have to pay 25 cent for it, then she gave me half ice in the clear cup.
I am also a watress in a restaurant I know very well how stressful it is in a busy time so I always try to sympathize with her BUT IT HAPPENS AGAIN and AGAIN! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
DD PLEASE FIRE THIS RUDE MANAGER!

I like this DD. It is one of the simplest, most hassle free Dunkins you can find around the block. In the Quink (yes, that’s what we call — us people from Quincy, MA) at least.
Bang across from Quincy Ctr T station in President’s Plaza. This branch is quite popular with the Quincy College and the school kids alike. But despite that — it is run quite very well.
Very dependable indeed. No nonsense crowd in comparison to some other infamous Quink joints. Rest assured you will have your much needed caffeine break without any intrusion.

There are THIRTY people in line in front of me and I’ve been waiting eight minutes so far. Management: HIRE MORE CREW MEMBERS!!! This is absolutely unacceptable. The staff here is always courteous, efficient and friendly. After waiting 18 minutes to order, they made my coffee wrong. Took 20 minutes to get ONE COFFEE! :-(
