Half slab of ribs, 2 sides (cole slaw & potato salad), & a drink was $ 12.50 — pretty good deal for airport food. The ribs have this dry rub and was served with a good amount of bbq sauce. Was it the best bbq I’ve had? Not quite but pretty decent considering it’s served at the airport. It’s a rather small airport so there aren’t too many dining options. Besides, I was craving bbq & Corky’s got the job done.

It’s difficult to do much better than three stars when it’s an airport location. That said, the ribs and pulled pork I just ate here at the airport Corky’s were better than what I ate at Rendevous downtown last night. But they are only a hint of what you’ll get at the best downtown locations. Bottom line — pretty good for airport food.

This was the location in the Memphis airport. It was ok. Not that I was expecting an awesome experience from airport outlets, but the staff were a bit on the unfriendly side. Would probably try one of the other places in the airport if I was through there again.
