I went here to get all the furniture I needed for my bedroom, Ruth was so great and helpful! They delivered on time and everything was in perfect shape!

Great!!! Customer Service with one of the employees. The other very unhelpful or unresponsive, very questionable. Didn’t want to give 4 stars for one questionable apple. Con: Make sure you get the right salesperson to help you.

The worst experience I ever had with furniture companies. We placed an order for a dining table set few days before mid-November. The female(the one wearing glasses and like calling you honey) staff said that they can have the set delivered right away. We confirmed the color several times and even pointed at some pieces of furnitures to make sure the color is correct. So, we waited and the set came. Wrong color. Ok, we called that staff, and she asked us to come over to confirm the color. When we arrive there next day, she just said the set I wanted to show you were sold out… Wait, I though I came to confirm the color instead of checking some other sets… Fine. Then I explained to her that she wanted me to come to confirmed the color. She was saying«Oh, I already know the color!» what the … We scheduled and rescheduled. I called them on Nov. 29 to make sure that they can have the set delivered soon, and she said it will be Wed(December 1) Fine. I did not received her voice message she left me on Nov.30 until this morning(oh, at&t and iphone…) So, I called her and made sure she will have it delivered today, which is Dec.1. On the phone call, she kept blaming that I did not call her back and hence she assume that I don’t want to have the dining table set anymore. I explained that I did not received her voice message until this morning… then she started shouting at me «if you don’t want to have the set, then that’s it. Take it or leave it. You did not call me back and that’s your fault. You take it or leave it. What do you want me to do…$%@#&&» Wait a moment, did I ever say that I don’t want to have that set? I already completed the payment, and I like the dining table set very much. At the end of her shouting, I just asked her a question:” Is this the way you retreat your customer?” Then she kept saying«you did not call me back yesterday…» I know I did not call you back and that’s not because I did not want to but because I did not even receive her voice message. Besides, if this is the case, we already confirmed on Monday that they will have it delivered on Wed. Each time I spoke with her, I always ask«for sure?» because I know she tend to procrastinate and push you aside. Though she keeps calling me honey, her eyes are on other customers in the store. And she like saying«ok ok honey, I need to go» without letting you finish the confirmation process. Back to the phone call, the call ended with, as you can guess, «ok ok, honey I need to go. bye» Overall, the experience is terrible. I am not asking her to do things unreasonable, and I never raise my voice during the whole process. There must be some other stores better than this one, in terms of customer services.
