Spring Fresh Laundromat

This would have been my first time dealing with Spring Fresh Laundromat. I scheduled pickup and delivery times online. Five hours after the time I scheduled for pickup, and they never came. I had to send them an e-​mail cancelling the request.
In fairness to Spring Fresh Laundromat: I scheduled my request at around 7.30am and asked for an 8.00am pickup the same day. I knew I might be cutting things too close. However — Spring Fresh Laundromat’s e-​mail response said «Hello, you have scheduled a pick-​up on: 02-​01-​2016 8:00 AM at [home address].» I gave Spring Fresh Laundromat the benefit of the doubt and presumed that was a boilerplate response, customized with the customer’s requested pick up and drop off times, and I figured I would get a call or e-​mail from Spring Fresh Laundromat to let me know they might not be able to get here at 8.00am, and we could have set a new pickup time.
Spring Fresh Laundromat had my telephone number.
Spring Fresh Laundromat had my e-​mail address.
Spring Fresh Laundromat could have contacted me.
They never did.

The first time I used them — they were fantastic. The second time I gave them half as much laundry and it was twice as expensive. I questioned and he got mad and said it was because of the first time use discount. That was only 10% so it didn’t make sense. I looked up the pricing and told him what it should be based on how many pounds it was. He got hostile and I just took the loss. My friend convinced me to try one more time. I did and it all happened again. This time he yells «just use someone else next time.»
Complete jerk and dishonest. The laundry was done well. Hence the second and third chances. But the dishonesty, over-​charging, and rudeness means I’ll never go back.

Amazing! We had over 80 lbs of laundry, they did everything in one day! Gave us $ 10 discount! Separated my clothes from my boyfriend’s and from the kid’s clothes! Fantastic job! Will definitely use them again!

I’ve been using spring fresh for about four months now, Yuri is great! Always quick and on time. Sometimes loads can be finished in a day. The staff is pretty mindful about things that needs to machine washed and hung dry. Highly recommend! Very good service, at a great price!
I was in the delivery and pick up radius, but if you’re close by they will try and accommodate you. Best laundry service in this area. Go for it.

My business had weekly pick up from them. We had a standing pickup/​drop off time scheduled, but if there any issues (opening late, snow, holiday), they were always accommodating and helped us out. Not sure what the rate was, but we always had 2 bags of hand towels and it cost us around $ 25. Definitely would recommend!
