Always great service and excellent food. Portions are huge and delish! Busy and casual it is definitely worth the wait for a seat to have the pizza

The Chicken Parm here is good. But the prices here are expensive shesh. The tiramisu cake wasn’t that though. I would only come back here if I’m desperately craving chicken Parm.

I got two vegetable slices today from the pizzeria, so good! great quality pizza and it would have tasted even better hot since it was cold by the time I got it home. regardless, best pizza I have had in a while, thanks Gino’s!

If I had the chance to travel and eat. I would never have to thought to come here. And I shouldnt have. It was valentines day and we were on a double date. The waiter was a rasict prick. The food was OK. But could of gotten it anywhere in Brooklyn than to travel that far. When our entrees came the waiter made a joke. Oh who order a woton soup and who order the hot and sour soup. Fine have your joke and be gone. Don’t come back and have the nerve to ask us if we want chopsticks because we can’t use a fork. And if it’s soup we would use a spoon not chopstick. Lack of common sense. First off we didn’t come all the way from South brooklyn and staten island for chinese food. And if it were it wouldn’t be this place. Just because we are chinese doesn’t give you the right to make those rasict joke. To top it off dont say oh don’t call the police if you have a problem. Seriously. How can someone who go into a family restaurant and feel welcome when we were clearly being singled for being out for Asian. If I had the option to give it no Stars or negative stars I would. I had a bad experience over all and I would never go back. Yet alone recommended anyone I know to even go.

Food is good. Sometimes it’s not so great when they are busy. If you eat there it is fine. But, if you get a delivery then you can always expect your order to be wrong. Several times My order was wrong and we could not ear together as a family. For the dinner wry charge plus tip. It’s Not worth it.

Ginos has fallen off in a big way… Have eaten here a few years ago snd it was always quite good but after a visit Friday night we won’t be going back. Service was excellent — fast & friendly. However… We were never given or offered water… Ordered a few glasses of wine which tasted almost like their had been ice in the wine that melted and was weirdly watered down. Baked clams were ok but not great. Calamari is hard to mess up, right? But the entrees were sorely disappointing. I ordered chicken parm — chicken breading was soggy and the whole dish was tasteless. Seems like they overcompensated for mediocre chicken by absolutely smothering in sauce. My fellow diner got eggplant rollatini — we had a hard time actually locating any eggplant — was mostly huge chunks of cheese covered in lots of sauce. Also had a strange flavor to it I wouldn’t normally associate with eggplant.

My son and I walked into Gino’s and I said, «Hi» to those behind the counter several times before receiving a response. One gave us a look like«We don’t need to say hi to you.» We then waited for someone to approach us to take our order, but none of the 5 people said anything. I finally had to ask, «May I place my order?» When we should have walked out instead. Poor customer service. We will never return nor recommend this restaurant. I will stick with Bruno’s and LaVilla where the customer service along with the food is so much better and we always feel welcomed.

Total disappointment. The eggplant rollitin was burnt on the corners, the cheese was not good at all it was over cooked almost like it was recooked after being rejected. Whole wheat pasta was acceptable, the broccoli sucked tooo salty. I had known this place since i was a kid in the Rockaways. I am very disappointed by the outcome. Never coming back

I have had tons of people tell me how good the grandma pizza is so finally one day when i was visiting friends in queens we went there. Normally when I’m in Queens I eat New Park Pizza only… to me this is the best pizza slice I have ever had. So fine, we go down the block(s) to Gino’s…WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. There is a pizza place in this little town of Bridgeport, PA that sells a «Brooklyn» style pizza and its the same exact pizza as Gino’s grandma pizza and sad thing is that it BLOWSITAWAY. I was so sad and disappointed as Gino’s grandma didn’t live up to the hype. I was so upset that I just threw it away and went to New Park. I know its a totally different slice but the grandma pizza was boring and lacked any exceptional flavors so it makes me question NYer’s taste on pizza. If you are fortunate enough to be able to try Gino’s then Bridgeport Pizza you will see this time, PA pizza is much better. Save your time and money if you are going for the grandma slice.

Food wasn’t even mediocre. Chicken parm sauce tasted like it was straight tomato paste out of the can. Spaghetti was the lowest grade of pasta possible. Chicken caesar salad dressing was the blandest salad dressing I have ever tasted. No flavor whatsoever. To top it all off, service left a lot to be desired. Waiter wasn’t attentive and never came back after dropped off food. It looked like he was the only waitperson for the evening and nearly every table full.

We usually just do pick up for their absolutely amazing chicken caesar salad pizza, which is seriously the best pizza!!! I finally tried it late last year and I don’t know how I ever lived without having it. So good and tasty. I do not like lettuce, however I absolutely love it on this slice! They also make a really good buffalo chicken roll, spicy and delicious. We finally went to dine in for lunch a couple of weeks ago and the service was great. They were busy, but we constantly had people coming over to ask how we were doing and to answer any questions. I had the fettuccine carbonara with shrimp and the pasta was cooked perfectly, the carbonara was delicious and the shrimp were cooked well. I really enjoyed my dish and we will definitely continue to order take out, and will now add dining in as an option as well.

So I have to update my review and give Gino’s recognition since they’ve turned it around for me. I live in the area and have came back countless times for PICKUP only — and it’s been wonderful. Pizza is amazing, counter guys are pleasant and the experience is just a lot better than my horrible dinning in experience. Favorite slices are: Grandma, Caesar slice(a little heated up to get the bottom crispy!), buffalo and of course, they’re simple but delicious plain slice. Cons: One thing to be aware of its there sneaky billing system. Everytime I’ve come here, I order the same thing but I’ve been quoted different prices every time. When ordering, you’ll be amazed how UNBELIEVABLY quick these men calculate the total. I stress the unbelievable part because they obviously are just putting any number together. I’ve questioned it a few times but I’ve just become so accustomed to it I just started thinking of the discrepancies as their way of getting a tip on pick ups. Nonetheless, I think Gino’s is way better than New Park and any other pizza place in the area.

Chopped salads are the best, if you’re eating in definitely get a pitcher of the red sangria. Only 3 stars, here’s why. The food can be bland, their pasta primavera comes in a white, cheese sauce but it’s not appetizing at all. I’ve had their seafood before and it just wasn’t that good. Also, if you’re getting a delivery and they say 45 minutes just know that it’ll be at least 45 minutes probably closer to an hour. Also, they charge a delivery fee which I think is a little ridiculous. They are moderately priced. The wait staff is very nice too.

My go to pizzeria. I’m here at least once a week. Sauce is great. They make a few custom slices that are out of this world. And they’re regular slices are perfect. The wait isn’t long and the food taste fresh. Everyone should try this place

My wife and I went here with another couple. She had the stuff sea shells and I had the Scarpariello Without Chicken. The specials were out of this world. It was creamy delicious and cheesy. Mydish despite not having chicken because I’m a vegetarian was very flavorful and robust. Our friends seem happy with their dishes although I cannot comment too much on it. We live in the area and we will definitely return to try their pizza one day.

If you are ever in south queens, Please visit Gino’s. located on crossbay blvd. a pizzeria with a dining area is what it looks like, but my experience was 5 star! the menu listed from appitizers to pasta entrees, hot heros, wraps and beyond. the service was great, old italian man. and there are wines and beers to choose from. i had a glass of pinot grigio. the servings are amazingly generous, i enjoyed the Antipasto alla Gino for appitizer! GETIT! the place is also great if u want to get a plain slice and a snapple and be on your way.

We’re here at Gino’s because Tiberios is packed tonight. So we’ve trekked all the way over to Howard Beach. This place is crowded as well, but we’re too tired to go someplace else. The red wine I order tastes like nothing. It’s flat and uninspired. The baked clams are just ok. Seriously I’ve had better at an Olive Garden, I’m embarrassed to admit, once, when I was stranded in Southern Jersey, during a snowstorm. We’ve been here many times before, maybe it’s just an off night? Ok so we re waiting for the entrees maybe we’ll have better luck? The chicken Franchisee is nice but not notable. Not that zing I look for! The chicken parm the same. Not crispy like it was before. Overall very disappointing. What the hell happened !!! Not sure what’s going on here? Change of ownership??? Don’t think we’ll be coming back…

I usually come here with a large group. I have always enjoyed the food and pizza. The grilled chicken salad was great and they have a nice slice of Sicilian.
