Domino’s Pizza

Really bad experience here. Food okay, delivery took two hours. They also charged my credit card twice for my order. After numerous calls to the company, they still have not corrected the double charges. Stay away form this place folks!

Ordered 4 pies. The tracker notified us the pizza was ready for pickup. I get there and only 3 pies were ready while they claim they can’t find the 4^th pie. Waited 10 minutes for the last pie to get ready while my other three pies got cold. Even worse, the 4^th pie didn’t even have the right toppings. Not the first time I had a bad experience here. Will not return.

It arrived 30 minutes late and barely warm but tasted good so I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.
I paid most of the bill with a gift card that Dominoes sent me for arriving 2 hours late with a previous order. I’m getting pretty pissed of them being late and not bothering to call to let me know.

Ordered a pizza, wings, and breadsticks through the dominoes app the day of a big game and after a storm. The estimated time for delivery when my order was place was 30 – 40 minutes. I thought given the storm that would be pretty impressive.
Through the app saw that 1 HOUR later my pizza was just making it into the oven. 2.5 HOURS later I received a call stating my order left the store for delivery. 3.5 HOURS got a notification that my pizza was delivered, unfortunately it wasn’t to me.
Gave the store a call, hung up on — twice. Third attempt waited for 30 minutes and spoke to someone. This person seemed annoyed and miffed. I told him I placed an order 4 hours ago and still haven’t received it. He more or less said sorry there’s nothing I can do about it. I said the app said it’s been delivered. He said then that means it’s delivered I should check my address. I said I did and it’s correct. He then went into a rant about having over 1000 orders and only 10 drivers. I told him that’s not my issue, maybe they should have stopped taking orders. He said he’ll put my order on the next delivery out. Still waiting for the order.
Filed a complaint through the app and Dominoes Corp website. Someone got back to me in email from Corp and said a manager from the store will reach out to me. 1 week later still waiting for my pizza and a call from the manager.
I advise against ordering from here. They clearly can care less about customers and client service.
They also never canceled the order so I had to call my credit card company. Colossal waste of my time all around.

New dominos that opened up on crossbay blvd. I decided to utilize the online ordering feature and the tracking was very accurate. They do charge a 2.50 delivery fee. Food came and was good. Buffalo chicken bites were very good. Medium pizza with two toppings, cheesy bread and the chicken bites all were 5.99 each.

I’ve only ordered delivery from them but this is great for me as before this location opened, the next closest one wouldn’t always deliver.
I ordered over the phone and paid with a credit card over the phone. The delivery guy was nice. He got a little lost but he called and was able to figure it out quickly.
They have a good deal where you get two two topping pizzas for $ 5.99 each.
