So QC Saba’s is closing down March 1^st I was caught off guard as was the sales staff–
Roger WONT give any earned loyalty points on items purchased where’s the consumer retail loyalty in that? Ever wonder why people matriculate to the Internet to shop? Kirkland Krap store to replace surly ol’ Saba’s hey it was nice while they stayed… See ya–

Wish they had the location on here that I went to. The one by superstition springs mall, they are amazing and Amber was such a sweetheart, I plan on going back.

Customer service sucks. Not helpful and doesn’t go out of there way to help you. Sits behind counter chatting with other associates.

After multiple times coming here crossing my fingers for help, today Jim came through. After a few minutes he had me sized for some new Ariat boots and a new MHT hat. He did not pressure me, was very knowledgeable and kind, and understanding about my three year old daughter trying on every hat and boot in her reach. I found the boots and hat I bought online for $ 75 less than I paid here, but it is all about the service. I do not mind paying more to deal with a person that gives honest answers and takes the time to get to know the customer they are dealing with. I left here feeling happy and $ 350 lighter.
