McDonald’s

Giving this location one star because that is the least I can give. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through lane (two cars) with out any explanation or apology and still had to wait for my food. Never again.

Three stars for getting my order right. Are mcflurrys supposed to be filled only half way up the cup? Mine is always half full so I ordered the regular instead of the snack size… Half full. I’ll take a pic next time.

So cool to see a crap McDonald’s get crappier. Rude, lazy, slow, employees with their bad attitudes make it worse. But hey it’s a McDonald’s so my expectations were low anyway.

Why is this place still in business? They continue to get orders incorrect and act like nothing is wrong with that, is there a number or someplace you can contact to get rid of this place? Drove back twice tonight because they couldn’t get my order right and it wasn’t busy… How does that happen? And they want more money, GET OUT OF HERE WITH THAT

Most of the time that I go through to get a Frappuccino their machine is down. You would think think that they would get a new machine instead of fixing a machine that keeps breaking down

They have to literally be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. I have stopped going there for food because they have screwed up my order pretty much every time. It was not a good sign when I first moved to queen creek and stopped there. I ordered a breakfast burrito meal and both burritos were cold in the middle. Last night brought my kids there at 7:00 p.m. and the ice cream machine was «down» which is code for we cleaned it or didn’t want to deal with it. With McDonald’s sales declining on a global scale you would figure they would at least get the basics down. Glad queen creek is opening new restaurants everywhere so I can say with confidence I WILL never go there again!

Another less than one star visit. Screwed up the order not once but twice. Sure hope ownership makes the necessary changes to make this stop.

Apparently «NO tartar sauce» means something different to them. I’ve been to this location ten times in the past two years. They have understood what I meant by «NO tartar sauce» exactly zero times. #specialemployees #isaidnotartarsauce #followdirections

I dont care if it is «fast food» get it right! Its not rocket science and yet never have I ever had my order correct when going through the drive thru. We go every wednesday after my dogs training class at nearby petsmart and everytime we get home someones meal is messed up… I think we are going to start going somewhere else. Im tired of paying for the more expensive chicken meal and getting a cheap classic chicken sandwich, or asking for no-​onions on the kids burgers and have to scrape them off when i get home. Its just getting old!

months later…
I now officially hate this location. My 5 year old had the day off from school and I had the day off from work. I needed my tires rotated (see my Discount Tire comments) and it was lunch time. My son was excited to go to McDonalds, so we dropped my car off at Discount Tire and walked to McDonalds– it was very windy and he was a little annoyed. We got to McDonalds and their debit functionality was offline. So I had no cash on me and I had to explain to my 5 year old that we couldn’t eat there. We had to walk back to Discount Tire and cancel our rotation. I then called another Discount Tire with food within walking distance and they were not busy– so we went there and between the call and our arrival they got slammed. So rather than get my tires rotated there and go to Chik-​Fil-​A, we drove back to our local Chik-​Fil-​A for a wonderful lunch. I blame McDonalds for a horrible day.
