We have used Chem-​dry carpet cleaning services for many years. There are two big hairy black dogs and a very hairy cat at this house, so one can imagine the dust and hair that accumulates. Add a kid in the mix and the carpet & upholstery really gets a beating. When John and his crew leave, our carpet and sofa’s looks brand-​new! Thanks for always performing a miracle at our house!

Absolutely satisfied customer! I honestly thought my carpet was unsalvageable and got a few different quotes on new carpet. Before pulling the trigger, I decided to take the advice of a friend and give Chem-​Dry a call. The owner John and his nephew, Rob, both came out to give me a free evaluation/​estimate. Both were very caring, understanding and not judgmental! (I have 3 kids and 2 dogs!) Long story short, they were able to remove all the pet odor and stains and make my 10+ year old carpet look nearly new again, all for less than 10% of the cost that I was quoted for new carpet. I would absolutely recommend them to any of my friends and family! If you think you need new carpet, I highly recommend you give them a call first!

John and his crew have cleaned my carpets several times — we have Yorkies, so yeah… Each time, his crew has been professional and courteous, and they’ve done the job quickly and efficiently. We bring them in twice a year, once in the spring and once before Thanksgiving. There’s nothing quite like a clean, chemical-​free carpet!

Carpets still dirty. I don’t recommend this company. They don’t have the decency to return my email or phone call.

I have used this company for years. They are always right on time or call to reschedule the time so they don’t waste my day waiting for them. I love that the carpet is dry in just a couple of hours. The service technicians are always friendly and complete the carpets quickly.
