We had a leaking roof during bad rain. Took 2 weeks for an appt which I can appreciate. However, I got called the day before to say they couldn’t make it and had to wait another week. Bill came out and was very thorough. Went over everything with me and recommended a fix as well as removing a satellite dish. I said I wanted to discuss with my husband and I’d get back to them. Called the next day to book an appt and was told that Bill had to either come back out to give me a work order to sign or I could get it emailed. It’s been a week and I still have nothing. I’ve emailed 4 times. Bill has gotten back finally but is out sick and can’t send the work order. I can’t believe I can’t make an appt unless I get an email from the guy that’s going to do the work. I’m literally TRYING to give this business money and can’t get an appt. In addition, no one can seem to answer if I can use the Unilocal coupon for my repair. It’s taking all my might not to just call another roofer, but I did like Bill when he came out.

We had another contractor cap our chimney, and he showed me pictures of the top roof which was in desperate need of repair. Mark Fisher did not charge us or claim to have worked on this roof (we have 3 roofs), but I don’t understand why they didn’t look at it. My assumption was that they didn’t work on it because it didn’t need it. Now we have to hire another company to do something that should have been dealt with the first time around.

Amazing service. Their finished work is stellar. I was not there when the work was done (outside bathroom siding), and when I arrived over the weekend, I was elated by the quality of their work, and their respect for my property. I was given an estimate that was fairly priced, and they even did a small patch for me at no extra charge. Everyone there is courteous and professional, and working with an owner-​operated company includes a sense of pride that is often lost at big box retail stores. Wonderful job.

Strong winds removed few shingles and tree leaves clogged the gutter… They came fast (on Saturday! And we had appointment 2 days later, but it had rain in forecast) got to work even though we weren’t home when they came, worked hard the next few hours (we wanted gutter protection too) and fixed everything!
Very professional!
