Quality of the windows and doors, as well as the work was good. I’m most impressed with the customer service as they work very hard to rectify any problem situations.
I didn’t give five stars only because of the issues I had with the finance company (which I didn’t want or need) that they forced on me. It turned out to be a mistake and the customer service is helping work through those issues. I would recommend Install America to friends.

Liars and cheaters! This is thee worse company to deal with both as a homeowner and an employee! Watch out for their one call close tactics! they always overcharge for their products because the sales reps are given PAR! Which means that whatever the rep overcharges he/​she gets half of it! i.e. overcharge $ 1000, the rep gets an extra $ 500 on top of their regular comisson! The WILL beg barrow and steal to get you money!!! If they dont pressure you into buing that night for their $ 1100 windows, $ 750 a square roofing and siding, a «manager» (AKA just another rep) WILL be sure to call you and drOP the price!
BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! better yet, stay clear!
