Nice hotel and super nice staffs. Enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended! Do not forget to try the cookies in the front desk. They were great. Free breakfast is a plus.

I really cannot recommend this hotel. I stayed here for about 1 month for business and had a very bad experience. The location is far from everything. Nothing close by, which clearly they have no control over. The front desk staff is very nice, but unable to figure out how to get me my IHG points for the visit. My room is small, cluttered, and extremely dark. I really cannot tell you how dark my room is. I’m afraid it’s to cover the grime and dirt. It’s like being in a cave. The bathroom is a big empty cavern with no vanity or shelf for placing items. The desk chair and table don’t seem to be made for each other an you can’t sit up to the table to eat or work. The gym is tiny, with old equipment and no space. The pool is small with no hot tub. The free parking is nice. My friend had problems with her maid not restocking her room or cleaning it properly. My maid will not make my bed if there is a single item on it. She threw my dirty towels on the bathroom floor and didn’t leave me any towels. The breakfast is abysmal and not tasty. Almost no healthy options other than bruised bananas. Only stay here if no other option. Camping would be preferable.

Stayed here for a weekend recently and while it isn’t the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at it did the job. To start with the pull out sofa bed was all kinds of messed up. One of the legs wouldn’t fold up right. Thus making it very difficult to fold out and in. Most of the people I encountered were nice. The lady in charge of breakfast as a bit frazzled and short but she was constantly refilling one item or another. We did stay in one of the larger rooms which was nice but I can only imagine how cramped the other rooms were. We had a little fridge as well as some plastic dinner ware and a microwave. Housekeeping did a good job and we always had clean towels. It’s the closest ihg hotel to the area we wanted to be In so we will prob be back. It’s also very close to Wawa which is a plus and a D and D is in the parking lot.

I stayed here as part of a wedding block for a wedding being held down the road at The Lake House Inn. We probably took over about 80% of the hotel. They were great in having everyone’s rooms ready on time and were gracious by not pushing everyone out of their rooms exactly at checkout time after such a long night. Parking and breakfast were free, and there is a Dunkin Donuts essentially in the parking lot. The only downsides are that there is no bar and the location is pretty remote. Overall great experience!

A two and a half star hotel that offers some additions that make it feel like a three star. I stayed in a standard king room for two nights in order to get some work done and take a solo break from the city. I acquired a Hotwire hot rate for the room(where you do not know which hotel you get until you purchase the stay), so it was only $ 58 per night. The room was quite spacious, had a big flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. There was free wifi, but the connection was not always good. The bed was super comfy. It had nice big pillows, which was a pleasant change. Lately, most hotels seem to have tiny squares for pillows, but these were long, like half the width of the king-size bed. The firm pillows stayed that way the whole night. The room was very clean. I did not see a spot anywhere. Sheets were perfectly white. There were plenty of lights in the room. The hotel has a continental breakfast that offers hot breakfast items. Beyond the normal cinnamon buns, cereal, and breads, there was also a pancake machine, scrambled eggs, and bacon. The machine pancakes were not too shabby for being free and from a machine. I wasn’t brave enough to try the perfectly circular eggs. The breakfast is served in a spacious side room that has a high ceiling and adequate windows, making it feel open. The hotel has an indoor pool, too. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here, and it was a great place for the low price I paid. It suited my purposes just fine. I got a couple of days away from the world, and got some work done in a comfy room in peace.

This hotel was perfect to spend the night this one time we had to be in Quakertown. The staff were very nice and the rooms were huge and very clean. We booked a normal room and were surprised to find a sofa and a mini-kitchen. You can’t really go wrong with this place.

I booked a reservation with Holiday Inn because they never disappoint me although this reservation was almost close to $ 150 a night. I thought this hotel must be great, you get what you pay for right… The man at the front desk was really nice during check-in. Smiles, everything! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, the air system made funny clunking noises all night. This hotel is also close to other gas stations and Wawa(24 hour one stop shop). 8AM in the morning the maid knocked on our door… pretty early for cleaning… i had a do not disturb sign up but it looks like it fell on the floor when i closed the door the night before, she mustve not seen it. I open the door and this girl was on her phone, and said ok ill just come back later, STILLLOOKINGATHERPHONE. NOEYECONTACTNOAPOLOGYNOTHINGBUTRUDENESS. I brought this to the attention of the front desk lady. At first, she gave me an attitude. «so what is it that you are looking for here?», «She was just doing her job.» «You can call the manager.» She really dismissed the rudeness!!! Then i brought to her attention the rate i was paying and her whole demeanor completely change…“Oh, almost $ 150 that is pretty high.” Very apologetic. «Oh i had no idea that you it was her attitude that you had an issue with… let me call the manager to see what we can do»… The manager was generous and responded to the matter. I use to think people in Quakertown were really nice.

I stayed here after a wedding. It’s not a 5-star place, but I wouldn’t expect that of any Holiday Inn(Express or otherwise.) Good things: great breakfast options; comfy bed; meal options in vending machine(because sometimes candy and chips just isn’t enough!) Not-so-great things: shower didn’t drain(but I didn’t notice til I got out of it); wasn’t as clean as it could have been. Overall, not bad, but there’s a Marriott next door that is probably better if you want to shell out for that.

Both myself and my boss had to move to different rooms, his hadn’t been cleaned yet and mine had a heater than sound like a cement mixer. You could hear noise from the hallway, adjacent rooms and room above. Service was ok, it was clean,
