visited on a week night for dinner. it was empty which made us a slight bit nervous. We ordered a burger and meatloaf. The burger was good, just wish they would use a better roll. It was a Kaiser that was not very good. Husband enjoyed the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Service was fine. We just thought it was a little expensive. That could be due to the location, just off turnpike.

What a find! We had a extraordinary breakfast and omelette with three eggs bacon and mushroom cooked to perfection. Service was fast and friendly. We used the Unilocal voucher to get a $ 20 meal for 10. Will definitely come back here when we are in the area again. Another bonus — free Wi-Fi that was really fast.

I was on my way back from Pennsylvania last weekend and my driving buddy and I had forgotten to grab some breakfast. Caitlyn and Cody’s Diner is pretty non-descript. I only noticed it because of the huge DINER sign facing the roadway. This place is really the trifecta of what a diner should be with some other goodies thrown in! Their menu is vast, although we only had breakfast. The food was great diner food. I needed a solid breakfast as some triage for what I had spent the previous evening doing(that’s a whole other review). My buddy got their macho breakfast with the warning that he might not be able to finish it. Guess what? They were right. But what he did eat he enjoyed thoroughly. I had their spinach and feta omelette. It was great. Like I said. Their food really helped to get me back to functional. Their staff was attentive and super friendly. And did I mention that the prices were dirt cheap? The place is huge, and can accomodate a lot of people. I wouldn’t worry about not being able to get in. This place is clearly a small business and if you’re passing through they deserve your food dollar! The next time I’m on my way through I’m brining the family!

If i could choose a 0 for this place i would. Service was terrible! The Buffalo chicken salad had no flavor what’s so ever, french toast burger was sloppy, fries were cold as ice. The server. Ha what a joke. Tweaker and a half. Slow. She was just as slow as a tortoise. The brew i ordered. Had to go get it myself. Like really. My check took 20mins alone to get. Would not recommend going to this place.

Ok so the place is a little weird, can’t really explain it. BUT they had the cleanest bathrooms and the food was pretty good. I can’t complain. We were making a pit stop on a long drive home and we’re happy with our choice.

When I needed to find a breakfast spot right off the highway my GPS told me I should check out Caitlyn and Cody’s… OK, ok… we were searching for Caitlyn and Brody Jenner gossip when an iPhone auto corrected us. Whatever, we got there. That’s all that counts. Anywho, I wasn’t impressed. I had the garden omelette with dry rye and homefries. The homefries were just pan fried potatoes and nothing more. If I wanted flavorless potatoes I would pan fry them at home myself. Diners need to make sure homefries are scrumptious, and not boring. I needed to wallop these with ketchup to keep my mouth from going to sleep. The omelette’s flavor was a little lacking, but that was more my fault than anything; I asked for no cheese. What a big dummy I am. I’m sure a standard ham & cheese would have been fine(learn from my mistake). My final complaint, the server came around to top off coffee cups. That’s awesome if you want that kind of treatment. I DON’T, until I finish the cup completly. I ardently explained to her that I DIDNOT want her to top me off. She heard me, said to me that«you have to keep it warm» and did it anyways. I HATE when servers top you off before you reached rock bottom of the cup. It screws up the creamer/sugar/coffee ratio. Now my whole world is ruined and it will never be the same. Worst of, I need to face the aftermath of my shattered life WITHOUT the proper creamer/sugar/coffee ratio. And they say Caitlyn Jenner is the«courageous» one and gave her an award. Whatever.

I’m laughing at people who call this place pricey. A Texas burger and a Yeungling was $ 13. In NYC, you’d pay over that for quality. The Burger was perfectly done and we’ll flavored. Customer service was excellent and we were well taken care of by both the new waitress and the manager!

Actual highway robbery. Hungry man special is 9.25 and we certainly did leave hungry. We paid 50 for two adults and two kids to eat food that I think should have been under $ 20. I ordered my eggs over medium they came back runny white with no salt or pepper to to be found on them. My wife complained about my eggs which I didn’t eat or send back because by the time the waitress got back to our table I had almost nothing else left. The manager just said well you should have sent them back no apologies or anything just put the onus on us, rude. The pancakes would have been better if they opened up a generic version of bisquick and were slightly off in every ingredient and added a ton more flour and water to stretch it out. The French toast looked like Texas toast was shown not soaked in some egg custard and and slid right on to a grill and then was put in a freezer to await an idiot to order it, I was that idiot. Long story short terrible food which is very overpriced. I wish I bought 4 Wawa breakfast sandwiches across the street.

Overall the food was a good. A few of the items were pricey for diner food. The atmosphere was really nice for a diner and the place was super clean. For a non-chain stop along the highway, I was pleased.

We usually eat here every Monday morning, around 10:45 and most of the time there is hardly anyone there. The food is always good, the staff and waitresses are always on key and offer fast service. The friendliest diner I have ever eaten at, by far. And it seems like there are endless choices on the menu, and items I’d never think would go good together taste Great! I’d Highly Recommend this diner!

Nice people, all friendly, quick service, and we enjoyed the food. Better than most diners I have been in as it’s fresh food. We will return.

I’ve eaten here for breakfast twice. The food was good. Nothing special. Typical diner fare. The service was good too. The person who seated me was very friendly. Since both times I went there was only half a dozen customers. At that was around 8AM so of course the service better be good. The dining area is large and clean. I find it very strange that there were so few customers at what should be a busy time. Especially with four large hotels within walking distance.

Meh. Stopped in for a late lunch since this place was next to our hotel and we just spent three and a half hours stuck in traffic travelling from New York City. The have a nice Heineken Beer umbrella over one of their outdoor tables, so I asked for a beer. They don’t serve alcohol. Strike one. I went with the fresh oven roasted turkey sandwich served with chips and pickles. It was served cold. How is fresh oven roasted turkey served cold, I asked. It was roasted last night and refrigerated. Oh. It came with a handful of potato chips and two small slices of pickle, the size of a nickel. Strike two. My other half had a Rueben Sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sandwich itself was okay but the sweet potato fries were stale, limp and soggy, as if they were reheated in a microwave. Strike three. You’re out.

Epic Fail. I never expected it to be this bad. We had really high hopes, as this place had cleaned up nicely. Wait staff seemed very slow and in a fog. The $ 6 Hot Dog and chips for my daughter was dwarfed by the hoagie roll they served it on. Wife got penne vodka, and somehow, they screwed that up — horribly. I went with another«safe bet» — buffalo chicken sandwich — and it was horrid as well; what seemed like an herbed chicken breast with a smidgen of oily«buffalo» sauce drizzled on top of it. It ran and got the bun all soggy and greasy. Well, at least the fries(upcharge) were decent. Portions were large, but taste was lacking. Really disappointing, because the video games and skeeball were no longer there too.

Great service, comfortable private booths, wide variety of food. Arrived after a long day on the road and needed a quick pitstop off of turnpike. This place was an oasis amongst any rest stop or fast food offerings and didn’t require getting lost in an unfamiliar town. Also, a Wawa gas station was conveniently close by. So a traveler’s dream. Had breakfast for dinner. Omelette was good, toast and potatoes were crispy and cooked to perfection… same with bf’s patty melt and sweet potato fries. Bought a Unilocal deal, $ 10 for $ 20 in food. What a steal! Go. Eat. Enjoy.

Yum! This place was a great find. I was able to satisfy my breakfast for dinner desires and rocked some delish french toast. My coworker got the special, and although it didn’t zing him, he’s an ass, so I wouldn’t value his opinion too much. The menu is huge, filled with sandwich, italian, and kid’s menu options, just to name a few. My french toast was dirt cheap(only $ 5!) and I left filled and happy. The dining room was spacious, so much so that it was easy to grab a booth and not be on top of another party during the dinner rush. Service was fast and friendly, and best of all — they have an arcade! Even better, and maybe because it was a weeknight, there weren’t a million kids running around and we had our pick of games. Totally better than dessert.

Ew! We came back today to give it another try… Ugh the Food was gross! My toast was cold and hard. We laughed as I banged it against my plate and it make a sound. But all seriousness it was cold and hard. I asked for my eggs to be cooked over med but I said please make sure I can still dunk my eggs in the middle and the waitress said ok and I said I don’t want it to be hard. Sure enough they were cooked over med and I had no dip dunk… ugh I ordered a cup of cream dried beef and it was so oily it had oil around the side of the bowl. Ew! So I left disappointed and hungry. I don’t think we will come back. What a waste of time and money.
