Gave this place 2 tries. and both times were absolute trash. Regular and chocolate chip pancakes tasted like crap, and the omelette was a 2⁄10 Carry-out here is even worse. but the environment is enjoyable

Better than IHOP. But there’s more to it than that. The bacon was great– you can taste the difference with better ingredients, and the cheerful servers never let your coffee cup get empty. The senior breakfast is just the right portions. We will definitely be back to OPH!

This place is OK. It’s pretty hit and miss. The wait time is pretty long and the food is great DEPENDING on what you order. Don’t come here for their waffles. They are, in every sense of the word: subpar. They are not Belgian and they are like a cm thick. I had the pecan waffles and the pecans were just thrown on top. Plus they paired it with a lemon syrup which was nasty. Besides that– every time I’ve come here and ordered pancakes they are delicious. But of course. Also, the coffee is great. My husband had the Irish omelet which was divine. daughter had the chocolate chip pancakes that came with whipped cream. Needless to say she loved it. Oh and they have a military discount which is always appreciated. Give this place a try. But I definitely wouldn’t choose it over IHOP at the end of the day.

Food is good but it is expensive!!! Service can be slow but is usually decent. Cali is the best waitress ever! She is friendly, attentive to your needs and always has a smile on her face.

Its such a disappointment. I dont have too many bad reviews of places, especially for breakfast types, but I must be thorough and honest about this place: UNACCEPTABLE So we sat down and the nice lady helped us to our order. I asked for the bisquits and gravy combo. sorry sir no gravy!!! Ok, thats cool, Ill order the next best thing, bell pepper omelettes. I also ordered the kids stack for my son and chocolate pancakes for my daughter. Our order came in, I was shocked. My omellete was sooo runny As if it was doused with water. The whip cream that came with my pancakes tasted just like the sour cream that came with my omellete(possible mix up??) and mu sons pancakes tasted like left over crap. I cant believe this place. Definatly not ever coming back here and if I were you never bring your family here either. One star for service. She came in with a big smile as Im eating my watery runny omelletes. :(

Went here today, they have changed the format of their menu than the one that’s on the webpage. Anyway all the food was excellent! The taste of their food is so good. I had biscuits and sausage gravy with 2 huge perfectly cooked eggs, it came with 3 beautiful pancakes that were so tasty. My lovely wife had the seniors plate which was a bargain at around $ 9.50. She said the eggs were slightly undercooked but the bacon and pancakes were excellent. You just can’t beat their food. Our total bill with coffee was about $ 30.00. Certainly more than a Denny’s breakfast but the taste and quality was far superior. The reason I only gave them 4 stars was because the service was slow and not up to standard.

This was our first visit. My husband ordered the eggs benedict with potatoes. Eggs were cooked perfectly and hollandaise sauce was really yummy. Potatoes were just crunchy enough, tasted great. I ordered the bacon pancakes, wow, they practically melt in your mouth not to mention the bacon flavor is delicious. We will definitely come back. This is our new breakfast spot. Our server was Brooke, she was very nice and attentative.

I give five stars because the food is always good quality. Always busy so the orders take a little longer to be made and served. Expect it. Friendly servers. Military discount is a complementary coffee, excellent!

My favorite breakfast spot, great food, friendly service… My favorite is either the Dutch baby or Country Fried Steak… The bacon are huge and servings are fantastic… 5 star worthy place!!!

I wish I could give less than one star. I came here because I received a birthday email for a Dutch baby today for my birthday and I went to the restaurant to redeem it. I told the server that I cannot have gluten because I have Celiac disease and could I get a different pancake. The manager and server Lauren told me that we don’t substitute and it doesn’t matter if I cannot have gluten and it’s for a birthday promotion for the dutch baby, so it was not special for my birthday it was to promote a menu item. I will never come to the restaurant again.

I hate to write a bad review but the service here has consistently sucked. The first time I came here I just thought they were busy, and I could understand. But every time after that it was just as bad if not worse. Our waitress pretty much ignored us the whole visit. Someone else had to fill our drinks, and basically pick up her slack. The food here is good most of the time, but today my omelette was way over cooked. It took 40 minutes for us to get our food. A simple cheese omelette and a waffle. If I ever came back it wouldn’t be to this location. At least not until they fix the problem and employ people who socialize with their customers and actually acknowledge their presence.

Good service, we were seated quickly despite a decent line when we walked in. The food was good, I had the chicken fried steak, which was a big, thick cut of beef. That was perfectly cooked, and the meat and breading were seasoned nicely! Eggs were poached to perfect, nice runny yolk, and whites that were still soft! My wife had some pancakes with something special on them. She liked those too. Oh, $ 5 for a glass of OJ is ridiculous. Come on, guys.

The employees that worked there seemed un-interested to even be at work. One of the waitresses even got upset and rolled her eyes when we asked for a refill on one of our drinks. My boyfriend also doesn’t eat eggs and when he asked what he can substitute the eggs for the gentleman who took our order said he couldn’t sub the eggs for anything. Seemed kind of crappy to pay all that money and he couldn’t even get extra has browns or bacon or something. Even Denny’s subs stuff like eggs. Sure we have to pay like 50 cents more but that’s fine. Whatever. So after all that, we finally get our food. I got the eggs Benedict, while it was amazingly delicious, the hollandaise sauce was lukewarm at best. You spend like $ 12 and all you get are these 2 eggs benedict. It was delicious, but the price wasn’t fair. My boyfriend got pancakes, hasbrowns and country fried steak. His only complaint… they could have been more generous with the gravy.

Solid breakfast joint, but I would consider this location a weaker link in the chain. Our thick cu bacon was chewy and under cooked. Also, be forewarned, their omelet are fluffy… a technique where they put the eggs under a broiler before serving. May like this, I do not. It also price. That said, its a solid upgraded diner experience.

Tonight was perfect. Well, almost perfect but OPH was awesome. My 4 year old is another story. We typically enjoy visiting OPH for dinner when the pace is slower and less busy. We walked in and received a warm welcome. We were seated promptly and our server, Isaac was wonderful. My husband ordered chicken fried steak with potatoes, I ordered the bacon & eggs with toast, our 4 year old had kid cakes with sausage patties. Hubby and I have OPH mugs, allowing us to enjoy free coffee for life. This helped with our bill and their decorative mugs are cute. We purchased them at $ 20 but have used them at least 10 times since then. Our meal was delicious(as usual) but our service was excellent. Isaac was attentive without being intrusive. He was polite, thoughtful, and attentive. Great service, delicious food, and free coffee? We are customers for life.

Went to this place expecting the best. Most of our friends raved about the food. Came here with my boyfriend and his mother. Waited about 45 min to be seated, then another 15 – 20 min just to order. The server was nice but she didn’t seem too engaged with our table. We then waited another 20 min for our breakfast to arrive, but it was not complete. They forgot my boyfriends mom’s order, so as we waited for her food our food got cold. Needless to say the food was«Ok» and the service we rec’d was average. We probably won’t be returning to this place as I would rather drive the extra 30 mins to eat at Sun Break Café in Auburn.

Just go, try it. On a weekday, when it’s not extremely busy so you can get the best of everything. You will not be disappointed. If you like omelettes, that’s all you have to order for greatness. But you can’t go wrong with any item on the menu. Even the homemade oatmeal is delicious. There’s not a microwave or freezer in this place, the food is fresh as can be. Have I mentioned the Orange juice? You might wonder, why so expensive? It’s fresh squeezed EVERY morning. Believe me, I worked at this OPH for two years from the opening date. I’ve squeezed my fair share of orange juice boxes. Whenever I’m in town, no matter the time, I try to make sure I go in for a solid meal. Portions are huge! Order a few items and share!
