I’ve been coming here for 2−3yrs off and on, referred by my coworker. This guy name Don at the front who greets and answer calls is always in a bad mood and never smiles. I’ve watch and hear him treat his customers…90% bad customer services. And i feel he chooses his customers on how he treats them. Everything is nice here… décor, nail technician, service… except for him.
We all come to spa to relax to treat ourselfs after a long day of work or personal reason. We all spend our money here to feel good about ourself. But Don always makes it hard
I came in today because my shellac pilled off after a week and a half. And i tried to explain it to him what happened. He cuts me off. .then yells at me infront of the other customers. Stating that i should be getting my shellac within 2 weeks and if this needed to be fixed i should’ve called right away so they can fix it. (Which i work 12hrs and commute i only have Sunday to get my nails done) but i shouldn’t have to explain myself or get treated this way. At this point I’m pissed and embarrass. I could not keep myself together i was shaking and i have never been humiliated in my life like this at a nail salon.
I want to know who this guy is and the owner. .it sad that i have to stop going to this nail salon because the ladies are sweet and good at their job.
I’m usually calm and i don’t write bad reviews but this time i feel that i have to because i don’t want anyone to go through the same experience.

I absolutely love the services at the Nail Galley & Spa. The name is 100% accurate. Not only is it a nail salon, it’s also a SPA. You’ve never walked into a nail salon as relaxing and zen as this one. From the moment you walk in, it is clean and orderly. You fill out a form at the front desk stating what you’d like done and sit down until they’re ready to take you back. They play spa music while you sit in their big cozy chairs and get a relaxing pedicure! I always– alwaaaaays add the 10 minute massage. Pure bliss. The girls are warm and welcoming and do a fabulous job! I used to be the type of girl that choose any nail salon I could find, but since coming here, this is the ONLY place I will go. Love it.

Awesome place sister and I did the deluxe pedicure it was so nice. Everyone was nice and it was clean! the give you complimentary drink they also have wine and champagne!

Great place! Very nice, clean wonderful service, has drinks offered. Bring cash for tips however. Highly recommend!

Beautiful atmosphere and very relaxing, I really enjoy myself every time I come here. I love this place

First time here. I liked the environment of the salon, but the gal who did my nails did a horrible job. It was Nancy N., and I went Saturday morning. She was too rough on my cuticles, my nails were sloped up on one side (apparently, she’s a rightie), and she left shellac on the tips of some of my fingers. I had a shellac manicure and was charged $ 32 for it. Totally not worth it. Not sure if I’ll try to go back for a pedicure or not.. .

One of the best nail salons I have ever been to. The entire staff was so friendly and my nails look amazing. Got a complementary drink and my nails were completed in under 40 minutes. First impression, I walked in and it shells amazing, like lavender. The staff was attentive, nice, and when I was kind of tired they just let me zone out. No awkward silence just nice quiet breaks in between talking about life

Very good pedicure. Seems to be very clean and the staff is extremely friendly.
Love the paraffin and extended massage.

I have been coming here for a year. They always did great nails, super clean, but pretty basic, nothing extraordinary… until they hired Tammy. She does amazing designs, and superb work. Hiring her was the best decision!

I went to this salon in a pinch. I didn’t feel like driving the distance to my normal salon. (I’m 7 months pregnant and was so tired today!) I needed a fill so bad though. I’m very picky about my nails and am very skeptical about trying new places. I stopped by this salon and read the reviews on Unilocal briefly before entering. When I went inside, it was gorgeous and full of people. The gentlemen who runs the front desk wasn’t very friendly and I didn’t see him smile once which was a little uncomfortable but that’s not a big deal. I waited about 20 min to be seated. (I didn’t have an appt) They offer complimentary drinks (wine, champagne, soda and water) and I chose a Coke. I thought that was really cool they did that. However, I was never given my complimentary drink. The women around me had theirs. I think my tech just forgot to get mine. She was friendly but mostly spoke in Vietnamese to her other co workers for 90% of my visit. So if you’re looking for a place that converses with you, this isn’t it. However, she did do a pretty good job on my nails. I only needed a fill and a cut down. So there wasn’t very much room for error as most of my nail was already shaped. She kept it the shape I wanted and when applying the shellac, she made sure it was smooth and not transparent. She did a great job.
I will definitely come back. I also recommended this nail salon to my friends. It was a very clean salon too!
I would have given the salon 5 stars if the receptionist was friendly, I was given a complimentary drink as the other guests were offered and my nail tech didn’t speak in Vietnamese the whole time she did my nails. But the quality of work and the cleanliness of the salon deserved 4 stars.

I think I found my new favorite place! Super clean, which I love! They had me fill out exactly what I wanted so there was no confusion and got me right in. I’ve had my share of negative experiences at nail places on and around Meridian and to be honest I was skeptical about trying another one but I am so happy I did. Vi gave me an amazing pedicure and was super friendly and Nancy patiently catered to all my requests for my full set (I can be kind of picky). I will definitely be returning and recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to get pampered and relax.

I have been going to the Nail Gallery for years. If you are looking for a clean and quit location with a spa feel then you will enjoy you visit. My favorite nail tech is Kim tran. They offer select beverages as a plus

The technician who did my shellac manicure (I was treating myself and my daughter and chose the most luxurious i.e. expensive manicures and pedicure) was rude and hurried and predictably, my manicure started to chip two days later. I went back and politely asked the manager to fix it. That technician did not remove the shellac on the chipped nails, and about half of them nails needed to be repaired. She just did patch jobs and made the tips of my nails thick and bumpy. So now, one week later, I have to go to another salon and have this chipped, peeling mess removed from my nails. This has been an entirely disappointing experience.

This is the most expensive manicure I’ve ever had and also unfortunately one of the worst. I like the extras that they do like the wax and hot stones but my manicure looks awful, chunky and the gal cut me three times. Really disappointed. :/

I came to this salon with the hopes of finding a salon that I could come to regularly. Needless to say this is NOT it. Before arriving, I called to ask if they had enough time to see me for a pedicure and shellac manicure. The man on the phone said yes and asked if it was ok for them to work on my hands and feet at the same time. They had two hours to close so it was plenty of time to do them separately, however I agreed. Once I picked out my colors I sat down and one lady started on my feet right away. No issues with her. Then another lady came to do my nails and immediately I knew it would be a problem. She looked like a chicken with her head cut off like it was her first time doing nails. She kept stopping to look for tools and or other things needed, she was very unorganized. Then to make matters worse she didn’t speak a word of English. So when I told her I wanted her to cut my nails, she began to file them. I had to tell her several times until finally another lady translated what I wanted. From beginning to end it was a disaster, she buffed the hell out of my fingers and made them raw, then she got shellac on my cuticles, some nails have shellac so thick that it doesn’t even look like my natural nails, to top it off she was so careless with the paraffin wax that she spilled it all on my dress (which I was wearing for the first time). I was so livid by the time I went to pay that I complained and they took 50% off my bill and asked me to come in tomorrow to have another technician fix my nails. Still unsure if I’ll go back to have them fix it after seeing the carelessness of their employees. Super disappointed!!!
