I don’t even know where to start. This is our second time purchasing a RV and we have been shopping for over a year from dealership to dealership, and I can honestly tell you this group is as honest as you can get. First, Doug assisted us in finding the right camper. The best part about this is they don’t push, nag, or over sell the product. They specifically try to find the one you want and what works best for you and if you decide not to buy they welcome you on your way. (This is the reason we came back to finally settle on this dealer) When we go sit in the room to negotiate they make this as easy and relaxing as possible, and never try to pressure you on a decision. Taryn then assisted us with the financing. She was extremely personable and it was obvious she has a lot of experience finding you the best financing options possible. Thank you Taryn very much for your assistance! We then met Ted to close the deal, and after talking with Ted and it was very apparent in how they do business. They are a FAMILY and treat you as if you are FAMILY. Very relaxing, smooth, and extremely enjoyable process.
Second Encounter: We show up and meet Eric to do the walk thru of the RV. We have done this before when we purchased one in the past. Even with being familiar with most of it we still walked away learning a few things. This was HANDS DOWN the best walk thru we have received and before you leave they ensure you have no questions. Thank you Eric!
Third Encounter: After a week we noticed the taillights were not functioning properly and when I called in they asked me to come in and they would look at it. When I showed up Kevin and Alfonzo went through the entire trailer. Not only did they find the loose connection on the trailer, but Kevin noticed a grounding issue on the plug on the truck. He fixed this immediately and got me back on my way. This was going way above and beyond but yet again just proves how much they value their customers!
I know this is long but so many helped me out I didn’t want to miss anyone. If you are thinking of buying a RV just take a look and I promise you that you will be impressed.
