Want to scream! I wasted hours at the salon to get told I am color blind. The photo on the right is what I asked for and on the left was what I got after 2 rounds of color. The first round the colorist said was an «exact match» (it was much darker than my photo on the left). The photo of me is apparently after adding «a lot of vibrant orange». Looks dull and brown to me. NEVER GOING TO SALON DAVINCI in Puyallup again. I miss my hair, my money I wasted and my hair stylist at Gene Juarez.

I’ve had my hair colored & styled by Kaycie at Salon DaVinci many times now. I don’t often write reviews but I am so impressed with Kaycie that I just felt I needed to let her know, as well as anyone else who is looking for a new stylist. Let me say that I am 53 years old, and stuck in the ‘big hair’ from the 80’s! Kaycie has a way with her that you feel relaxed and comfortable, she listened to what I was asking for; when in fact I didn’t really know what that was. You can tell she has experience backing her as she never fails to ‘pull something out of her bucket’ to leave my jaw drop open and most importantly, impress my husband. She is simply awesome!

This place has great service and great people! Kaycie has been doing my hair for the past probably 6 – 7 months. She did my wedding makeup/​hair in August and did amazing!!! Love her! I also use the medi spa for my back and it has been going good as well! Highly recommend this salon!

Looking forward to my next appointment at Salon DaVinci with Kaycie. The salon is conveniently located in South Hill for me, is very clean and has a friendly atmosphere. Kaycie has been my stylist for a few years and I followed her to Salon DaVinci when she relocated. The experience at a new salon has been remarkable. Good choice Kaycie.

If your looking for an esthetician Karissa is the one! She is super sweet and can answer and recommend anything! My face was super dry and flaky so she suggested I get PCA face moisturizer instead of using St. Ives (drug store lotion). After one use my face stopped being flaky! Seriously fixed my dry skin problem. PS. She is an amazing makeup artist as well!

I seen Diana at the medi spa and I have never been so pampered! I had an acne facial, she was so knowledgeable, friendly and had an amazing touch for massage. I can’t say enough great things about this experience. My skin is glowing today and I can’t wait to see her next month!

I bought a Living Social deal for body sculpting and tried for one week to schedule an appointment but the number listed on the ad went right a voicemail box that wasn’t set up yet. So I called the spa, talked to Debbie the owner, who then took down my info TWICE and said she would have her employee contact me ASAP… one week later, still no word from anyone at the spa. I asked to be reimbursed from Living Social fearing that their unorganized business would be difficult to contact in the future to fully redeem my purchase.
