Granted I don’t ever use a laundromat but when I picked this one based on the pictures on the website I thought were fake at first. What laundromat could really look that clean and neat? But it was close to home and since I just needed it for my washing due to mine breaking I stepped out of my comfort zone and chose this place. Glad I did the woman was super friendly and very helpful and explained how to use the machines, explained they have a loyalty program, you can use your debit card, supplies are there if you forget and a vending machine. PS: There’s a bar close by if you need a drink
Very new looking and clean machines, they have large washer and dryers if you need to wash your blankets and comforters. Just a hint she said the slowest time is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening. Literally one other person in here. Not that I want my washer to break again but if it does and I have to go somewhere I will come here.

Worst laundry place ever they will pay some old lady to sit there but she can’t give change for a 20.00 to get quarters, also once u start the washers u can’t change it to hot water. Won’t be coming back here.

Visiting from far away with LOTS of stuff to wash, and Unilocal!came through for me again. As reviewed: a nice place for laundry. Clean (!), all sizes of machines from normal loads to sleeping bags. One attendant was very howled gable and helpful, but she left and the next one couldn’t help me with wifi connection. I gave up on free wifi. Credit card reader on washers didn’t work with my American Express card although AMEX logo was shown., no matter, I felt safe and comfortable while getting my stuff clean.

Hubbs and I had our washer break down and needed somewhere asap as tomorrow is both our birthdays and we needed clothes. We rushed over since online it says that they close at 930. thinking we had til 830 for at least 1 load. Anyways, we have never been to this place and we seriously got there at 8:05. The lady there just stopped us and told us we needed to have our loads in by 8. We told her it was just 1. They kicked us out with our load and our 6 month old. While I understand the hours, I would have definitely let 1 load slide by 5 minutes. We just needed at least 1 load to get us by while our new washer gets delivered. You dont lose anything by letting us do an emergency load by 5 minutes. Place looks good and decent and clean. But definitely disappointed in their customer service. She could have at least been nicer.

Awsome! I washed two sleeping bags. Big, like new machines. Spotless. The attendant was very friendly and helpful. Open WIFI. The best!

The cleanest, nicest laundromat EVER. Hands down. Why four stars? I brought my laptop planning on doing work while I washed, because I read they had wifi, & I couldn’t connect, which was disappointing. Annnnnd they’re playing cheesy Christian radio, which I am sure comes from the well-​intentioned desire to encourage your patrons to connect to what I assume is your faith while they wait & can’t really NOT listen to the ambient worship music. However, as well-​intentioned as it may be, your customers come to your business to avail themselves of your laundry services, not to be converted to your faith. Not so classy, Legacy :(

Finally a decent laundromat in Puyallup! Nice store, very clean. Their machines take coins or credit cards so if you’re like me and don’t like a pocket full of change the credit cards are a cool feature. The new owners have done a great job upgrading this store. Oh, I forgot to mention they have free wifi… a big plus in my book.

Wash Day blues just go away when I do the Monday washing at The Legacy Laundry.
Here I can wash and dry the laundry in a short period of time. The business owner’s keep this location well lighted and very clean. Combine this with the modern equipment, low prices, and a clean large folding area… you have a great place for doing the laundry. Now I can also use my Master Charge or Visa Card and not worry about getting coins for the machines. I’m going to tell all my friends about Legacy Laundry… BEST LANDRY MAT IN PUYALLUP!

This is such a clean laundromat and it is very well taken care of! Something I personally liked was that you can use your debit/​credit card and not use quarters if you do not choose to! Did I mention free wifi that is pretty cool helps pass time if you bring laptop or whatever! I will be coming back anytime I need to wash something best laundromat I’ve been to yet!
