Large portions of veggies with my phở. Will be back again, very tasty!

Delicious. Had the beef vermicelli which had nice hot noodles and some pickled cucumbers. Thought I would add a bowl of vegetable phở. Huge portions… a small was too much. Great service and fast prep. Recommend.

I’m not quiet sure why this place has such high reviews. Have been here twice now hoping that the first time around was just a fluke that it was bad, but clearly it wasn’t just a fluke. The phở noodles are terrible, they are mushy and flavorless, not at all what phở noodles should taste like. The meat is dry, really dry. I definitely will not be back and for anyone who has had good phở you will be sorely disappointed with this place.

This is our absolute favorite phở place in the area! We go here several times a month and the waitress always remember us and our order. Cannot recommend this place enough. Great variety of food, and if you don’t know what it is, just ask! Excellent food(we’ve had most of the menu at this point), wonderful and friendly service. Love this place.

I think i know my way around asian soup. I’m not vietnamese, but i do think this is the best phở in south hill.

We were cold and hungry and Phở Puyallup was a perfect dinner solution. The service was quick and courteous. The server was friendly and helpful as we chose the medium bowls of phở with chicken. It came hot and rich with lots of chicken– real white chicken meat, a lot of it, too. Fresh lime, basil, jalapeño and bean sprouts on the side. The broth was rich and satisfying. We are fans of Puyallup Phở!

It was pretty good phở — seemed like good quality meat. The bread for their bahn mi is fantastic, although I didn’t love the mustard they used for the banh mi. They had a great hum bao, as well. My husband had the beef stew banh mi which was a bowl of tasty beef stew(awesome!) and a french roll. There was only one worker for the whole(completely full) restaurant, so service was a bit lacking.

Bahn Mi is tasty and a great value. we also love the beef stew with rice noodle. Delicious! The young lady serving customers is very sweet and works hard. I believe this is a family business, and the father(or an older man) is usually hanging around, watching movies on a laptop. 4 stars because the first time we ate here he was sitting at a nearby table watching something that was turned up too loud(sounded a bit like porn, but probably wasn’t) and made my kids very uncomfortable.

I love their broth, and menu option. It’s taste more homemade, unlike many other phở places in Puyallup. Service is always friendly and they always make sure everything meets your standard(s). Price is low and quality is great. Doesn’t get better than this for Puyallup!

My favorite Phở Restaurant in Puyallup. The broth is great and all ingredients taste very fresh. The BBQ sandwiches are also amazing. Great waiter and waitress.

This place is delicious. The broth is good and the spring rolls are the best ever. Inside them is a yummy surprise. I won’t ruin it for you by telling you though. The customer service is also really good. I went there two in a row the first time going. Two thumbs up!

Favorite phở place I’ve gone to around here. Not anything super incredibly outstanding about it. Good phở. Spring rolls have enough other items to balance the noodes. Phở is good, would like more meat, but that’s more a general feeling I have about most places. Don’t put much tripe or tendon in compared to other meats. I normally get the one with everything. Always quick, friendly service whether dining in or grabbing take out.

3 stars BUT I WILLBEBACK: Food: Got the Medium steak and brisket phở. The broth tasted quite good and fresh BUT needed just a bit more flavor i think. The veggies(sprouts, basil and jalapenos) were also very fresh. The meat, I want to say the steak, had fatty parts to it but I really enjoy it as it adds more flavor and on top of that, the meat was not dry at all. I would absolutely come back for another bowl of phở. Potstickers — Their pot stickers looked like they were made fresh but later frozen. The wonton wraps used on it looked like and tasted like they were dried out before deep fried. When I got them it was still a creamy white with no golden brown crunch at all. Even the wraps tasted like they were dried out. The soy they gave to dip it in made them tolerable. Boba/Bubble tea: They offer a few flavors as well as tapioca or jelly. I got a mix of two flavors and they tasted good. The main problem was that there was so much of the flavoring that it felt like I was drinking syrup as it melted quite fast over the course of the meal. Environment: The inside is quite relaxing and very nice to be in. There is a small TV(might be more) and some music from a local radio station playing. The noise level was very nice and even with 3 other families in there, it was relaxing and not overbearing at all. I really enjoyed it Lastly the waitress: She was absolutely great to chat with, more than happy to take your order and serve as well as just make you feel very comfortable with your dining experience. It made me feel comfortable and welcome. For the price, the dining area and wait staff, I would absolutely say give this place a try.

Best phở in the Puyallup area! I like the Steak Phở Tai and the hubby likes the Brisket & Meatball Phở. The Thai Tea here is also good!

Looks like new ownership, The owners family travel from Seattle. They told me they use no MSG. That’s a real plus! The spring rolls were good! The tables were clean. Condiments were clean too! Looks like the change in ownership made a significant difference ! Attention Unilocalers: you gotta try it again! Good ! Was much better. Full of flavor!

No way I would come here again as the pot stickers I ordered tasted freezer burned and old as if they’ve been in the freezer for months. They didn’t taste fresh at all and worse yet I’m not sure if they even made them there or were bought. My wife commented that her Phở lacked any flavor as the soup base was very plain tasting. Good Phở is mostly dependent on the soup base as it is one of the most important items to go with the rest of the meal. I’m not sure why this place has four and a half stars for all of it’s reviews. It’s either people coming here doesn’t know what good Phở tastes like or they just assume what they are eating is good Phở. With a limited selection of Phở places to go here in Puyallup I guess it is better than nothing. The only saving graces they have going here is the quick service and the TV screen showing the Seahawks game when we stopped by here for lunch.

My husband dragged me back here and I’m glad I gave them a second chance. The phở is good, although I’ve had better. It’s a good option for something on the hill since options are slim in the area.

Two visits: One time to go: Spring rolls. Fresh tasting, plenty of vegetable filling and large. Not bad, so made a second«sit down» visit… Bánh xèo: needs a ton of work. Batter of the crêpe contained NOFLAVOR and little crunch. Fish sauce had NOFLAVOR; good fish sauce blend goes a long way for these types of «dip and eat» dishes. Iceberg lettuce used instead of Romaine, that is OK I suppose. I do not recommend this dish. Com Tho Gà Rôti: a decent dish. The barbecued chicken is roasted on top of stone pot rice, accompanied by pickled vegetables(mainly carrot slices) and special fish sauce. Chicken not too dry and with overall good flavor.
