Absolutely WONDERFUL customer service.
Their online store didn’t have a lot of lingerie, so I figured I’d take a trip over and see what they had anyway and I’m so glad I did!
Beautiful selection of ladies wear ;)
The woman working there was incredibly helpful and so very friendly.
Highly recommend this place, I will certainly be going back :)

I came in looking for a vibrator. I needed a specific kind, and the saleswoman helped me find one. It was a $ 220 vibrator, but she offered me a 20% discount on it. It was expensive for me but it seemed like a good buy. She was nice, and paid attention to me, but I got really upset when at the checkout AFTER the check was printed she said «All sales final». I get it, it’s a personal toy, but I was under impression that as long as it wasn’t open I could return in; apparently not.
I came back home and read some reviews about the toy. They were pretty good, but there was a particular pattern about one of the features of the toy which was not a good one.
Now I’m stuck with a toy I haven’t even opened, and have to sell on Amazon for half-​the-​price (apparently, that’s how much they are sold there for). I really which she told me BEFORE my card went through about the non-​return condition of the purchase.

Came here yesterday looking for a specific item and the girl who was working was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and even from listening to her help other customers, she was helpful and honest about the items. I ended up not purchasing the item I was looking for since it was $ 55 and there was a 50⁄50 chance of it working. Did pick up some other items instead. Unfortunately, the clitoris gel she recommended did not work whatsoever. At $ 20, it was a huge waste of money. It might work for others, but for me? Absolutely nothing. You’re better off buying the his/​her products (blue and purple) at your local drugstore.
Also, if you check-​in on Unilocal,there’s currently a coupon for 45% off one item up to $ 90 value. Which I might end up going back to get the one item was looking for.

Great place. Always had great customer service. Love the selection, and prices. What guy would ever say no to his lady for wanting to buy something here. It’s not on the main road. So if your not from this area might be kind of hard to locate right away. But its behind the mall, next to a Wells Fargo.

I guess if you live in this area and don’t want to drive to another location it’s okay (I mean they have a lot of the same stuff)… However their staff here is just awful. Their very stick to their own and one of them even flirted with one of my friends’ boyfriend!
I’d definitely recommend going to any other adult store over this location!
