Cute store! HORRID service.
Ordered 3 pair of shoes online that SAID they were my size. When I received them, they weren’t. Went to return them at the store. Gal greeted me with a, «How are you today?» but looked like she couldn’t care less what the answer was. When she asked ‘what I needed’ and I told her I had a return, she looked like I just stole her birthday. Got to the counter where she informed me they ‘can’t do PayPal returns in the store, sorry’ and started talking to the next person while I was still gathering all the boxes I had just placed on the counter out of my bag.
Customer service needs an overhaul.

I love this store! Every time I go in, I feel like family. The girls who work here are always fun, and help me find what I need.
The atmosphere is awesome, I have the credit card and love that I earn so many points when I shop here! I have gotten 6 pairs of panties for only 77cents! Fantastic!!!
The clearance racks are to die for and if you’re a plus sized lady, you will LOVE the selection.
